Excellent Shop! My 89 year old grandmother has gone to this shop for years and loves it there. They treat her with respect and consideration and they do NOT take advantage of her. They did great work on my car and so I have gone back there again for more work. They are honest and professional and saved me a great deal of money. I would not recommend this place; The Owner "Max" is only nice until you see in my case two dents that they did not fix correctly. Max had a bad day and when I went in he was being a smart a$$ to an insurance company that gave him problems. Max ignored me and my brother until he saw me asking a worker who talked to us first if ?ˆ?they changed my roof and hood like they claimed?ˆ? changed the roof and the hood s... view moretill until right now I had no choice but to pay Max in full to prevent him holding my vehicle. He yelled at his worker to put that TRUCK BACK IN and told us we were not getting our car. Max changed his attitude when I threatened to call the police and I did not find their company in the BBB website I guess that certificate in the office is fake too. I am going to my insurance first thing tomorrow morning to get the unfixed dents and to tell them of my horrible experience.Sorry Max My Express will be fixed somewhere where the owner is not GOD in his office.

I have come to this shop several times for different types of car repairs. I was unfortunate and got hit 3 times in six months! Max, the owner, and his crew, did a fantastic job repairing my car each time. I have been there a few times since these major repairs, for minor ones, and again received excellent service. They buffed and painted a few srcatches out of my car in April 2011. They beat the competitors price by 30% and the paint job was excellent and quick. Dropped it off in the AM, picked it up that afternoon.

I did my homework and I highly recommend this shop.

Twice in one months time I had to bring my car in due to damage of my vehicle being parked in front of my own home. I was backed into by a Chicago Taxi. Max provided a fair estimate, stuck to it and provided the repair in a timely manner. I`ve taken my car to A-Carr 3-4 times over the last 8 years. They`ve taken care of everything from minor repairs to a major accident repair, and I`ve been completely satisfied everytime.

Everytime I`ve been there, they`re extremely busy (which says plenty about their business), but the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Anytime insurance is involved, they always work very well with the differe... view morent companies.

Despite having many choices to choose from with bodyshops, this is the only place I take my car.

A-Carr has always provided us with exceptional work and great customer service. Once, our brand new car had been backed into by a semi. The folks at A-Carr stayed within the insurance estimate for costs (no hidden extras). Max, the owner, kept us updated on the progress of the repairs when we called. We got our car back as good as new. We couldn`t have been happier.

I brought my 2008 tahoe in for repair at A-carr Autobody. I had an estimate for 2800.00 the truck was hit pretty good. The first thing I was going to do was sell the car after they finished it because I felt it was never going to be the same.
