I`m not sure if this has been an issue in the past, but I just received a letter from an attorney advising to contact them if I`d experienced any issues with this dealership and one of the options he provided was the ....false advertising. Extended Vehicle Service coverage. I was sold a policy at a premium price for bottom of the tier coverage. Do your homework, I was able to obtain it online with premium coverage, 25 percent cheaper with a well respected company that rates very high with BBB. GAP insurance, check with your own insurance provider, the price I paid and then cancelled, was far too high. I`ve dealt with smaller dealerships before, unfortunately, this group does not meet up to the high standards of other dealerships that I`ve encountered in the past.

EXCITED second car,, trade in,, first car note .. didn`t have any credit BUT it wasn`t any credit to the point where this was my last resort.. HOWEVER I didn`t know that . I did not purchase a car from this dealer however I did obtain my financing with their help for a car that I had found on a different lot. As for the financing part of it, I was very pleased with the help that they gave me. They worked hard for me and have so far made it a very painless process. They sold me a car & failed to inform me that this car FAILED emissions a week prior to me purchasing it. Now they`re making me fix all the problems that they should have fixed before I bought the car!! The dealers are rude, manipulative LIARS!

wow where to start! i have never had such a terrible experience buying a car and never seen a business where they bold face lie to you to get your business. We were told my our salesman that he would extend our due date 15 days out because we were not prepared to pay the sales tax on our vehicle the same day it was due. Well when we got our bill the due date had not been moved back and when we called he said there wa... view mores nothing he could do. Also he told us we had to have the extended warranty to have the loan go through and guaranteed us he would remove the warranty in the first thirty days and he didnt, when we called again he said he would take care of it and still didnt causing us to eat $2,000. The deal on the vehicle was good but the service was awful and the promises empty.

All went as expected until we went to have car licensed at the DMV. The title was not released properly from previous owner and they neglected to give us all the paperwork needed to license it. We were missing a signature on the title and missing a lien release from the bank. When you purchase a car from a dealer, you expect this to go smoothly and expect a dealer to be an expert in these details. After speaking with a representative on the phone he assured me that they would find a deal for me because I have very little credit to my name. So after driving all the way out to saint Charles I spend a half an hour filling out the app form and the reference sheet. Then after another 20 mins of waiting for the results to come back they told me I would need a co-signer. They will tell you that you have a warranty but you dont they will never honor it. We bought a vehicle from them and within 2 days the check engine light came on and they refused to deal with it. They wouldnt give me my bill of sale after I paid cash for the vehicle. They also said they would get me a spare tire which they did IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE! now they wont give me another one.
