Stay away from that place!I used to be a great place to fix your car, but unfortunately that is not the case anymore. The shop is now owned by a guy that goes by the name of Pete who is the mechanic/manager/owner-thus the bright yellow signs stating Under New Management
I took my car there several times only to find out I was charged large sums of cash for services and parts that were not repaired and claimed to be... view more. The guy did damage to my vehicle and failed to report it to me. I had to find out from another mechanic. He would give me the runaround and basically not fix it. I also felt very uncomfortable communicating with him due to his unprofessional (sexual approach) towards me. I`m disgusted with his services and cannot believe this place is still open. I am considering legal action against Eric`s Automotive of Arlington Heights.
