They are the kind of guys who you would want to go out and have a beer with and because of that they would feel awful if you brought your car in the next day and didn`t do right by you.

I cannot tell you how many times he has saved me buckets of cash. Once, my wife got a bit too up close and personal to the side of the garage and clipped the sideview mirror. Joe gave me the choice: he could get a new one from the dealer for big bucks or he could re-attach it with a couple of bolts from the inside that did not show if I could live with a few scratches. I was intending to get rid of the car in about a year so I let him bolt it. He didn`t even charge me even though they had to tear apart the inside door panel.

This guys are awesome! they are experts in imports. had my Lexus at three other shops including the dealer that sold it to me to fix service engine soon light. Spent $1600.00 to have the light come back on in days.
Took it to Joe`s they had the car for two days repaired a broken wire??? cost me $210.00 lamp never came back! they will get all my business from now on!

I found Joe`s to be 100% honest. Have been there for 5-6 years has always gone out of his way to take care of my car, unlike most other repair shops Joe & his crew welcome woman & maintain great communication with them. After a bad experience with a quick lube he now takes care of ALL maintenance & repairs on our 2003 Camry & 2004 BMW
