Bad customer service

Bought my vehicle there brand new and have had nothing but trouble with the car. Took it there for service and was treated very rude and was deceived at purchase of the warranty brought it in and was told it expired. I called to make an appointment and they did not disclose this until I came in and then were very rude about it. Will not ever purchase a vehicle from them again. Also told they would talk to the ser... view morevice manager about (as he was "out to lunch") and see if there was anything they could do about it. Never heard back from them.
