Well, first off I thought that I called Tony Sapprano`s househould. From the jump the Gentleman, or should I say ruffian answered the phone with a "yeah", I asked about any certain deals on trade in`s, he procceeds to say, without placing me on hold, "hey there is this f@#king guy that wants to trade in his caa or some sh#t, I dont know you take the f@#kin call, I dont have time for this sh#t!" Talked with the other... view more man that answered the line to a "yeah". Then at that point I decided I didnt want to get whacked and got out of dodge...capeesh! Bad phone etiquite, I can only imagine the business. Can anyone say LEMON!
