Dishonest Company

Was reffered through USAA for body work- ordererd two right side pieces instead of 1 left and 1 right, have to wait an additional 10 days to be fixed- my digital camera was accidentaly left in center console and was taken while at the shop- called and talked to owner who had zero interest talking to me about it- horrible customer service

Fast and friendly service

I`m a military member that was referred through USAA. I had 2 seperate vehicles damaged by other drivers within 2 weeks of each other and Pearlridge was GREAT!! They walked me through the whole process and was very helpful and friendly from beginning to end! They worked with me and USAA and kept me informed of every detail. Both vehicles were finished earlier than expected and there was no surprise financial addition... view mores! Very happy, very pleased with the whole experience.

The location is rather convenient too but a little busy for such a small area to work but really not an issue!

EXCLLENT SERVICE

Its nice to finally get some great customer service and quality work. My truck is my baby and I was very sketable about the quality of repairs that i would be getting, but those fears was put to rest when i picked my truck up. Pearlridge fender & body did a great job. A few weeks ago I was refered to Pearlridge Fender through USAA for some minor body work, and I was provided with excellent service. I received my car before they said it would be finished and it looked perfect!

horrible printing store

Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend?????????s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren?????????t cut straight and the paper wasn?????????t even completely cut off the sides. When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. Then they finally agreed to a refund and after two weeks of no response we calle... view mored them to find out what is going on. Now they claim the paper was done perfectly and we can?????????t get a refund. Will never do business with them again and highly recommend noone else doing business with them.
