On 01/12/2012, I went to my Goodyear Tire store (Loganville Tire Center, LLC), the same one I have been frequenting for about 10 years to get a coolant flush for my 1992 Mercedes 300d. I took the car to Goodyear because of my long relationship with them. I found the same service about $30 cheaper at Kaufman tire but wanted to reward the with my business. The coolant was flushed and the staff was friendly. When I lef... view moret, I noticed I had no heat. I drove the car for a day to see if there were any bubbles in the cooling system. The problem did not go away. I could feel a bubble in a line leading to the heater core. The following day, I asked Mr. Logan if they could double check their work. He spoke to his technician and said there was no way for them to read any computer codes to diagnose the problem and they could not help me. They did not even bother to inspect the car. I was asking for them to double check their work, but Mr. Logan apparently does not believe in such things. A coolant flush includes a refill of coolant. The coolant hose with air in it was clear evidence the coolant wasn?ˆ™t completely filled. This job was accepted but, when I asked to have the problem checked, all of a sudden the mechanic claims incompetence. If the mechanic can not determine if the procedure was done correctly, they shouldn?ˆ™t do it at all. They my money for a service that was done improperly completed and for which they later admitted they were incapable of performing. This company has lost a decade long customer over their refusal to double check their work. Pick another mechanic or tire store!

Please do not waste your hard earned money here. I had noise in my brakes to which they told me I needed Rotors and Pads (I already had pads replaced 1 week prior) 2. After service and upwards of 400.00, my brakes made same noise and rotors were grinding worst than before. I took it to another repair shop for 60% less and got it corrected nevertheless I am still at a loss. 3. I gave the shop another go with a... view more different vehicle (1999 replace starter) and was charged 40.00 to look at it then quoted 369.00 for repair(This is after my vehicle was not looked at for over 24 hours). I got a second quote from a mechanic right down the street and was quoted 175.00 105 for part and 70.00 labor. I contacted Good Year corporate customer advocate who in turn informed me that the Loganville Tire center is an independent retail seller of the their tires only and not affiliated with Goodyear. As a concerned consumer and one who believes in fairness please do not take your vehicle to this location for repairs if you want a fair and honest mechanic.

The guys here are great. They have the best prices in town and work fast and efficient. It took what seemed like no time passed as they put the tires on with an oil change to. I will be bringing my cars there for all work.

We took our vehicle to have the oil changed & our vehicle serviced before going on vacation w/ our 4 kids & had all fluid levels checked...had the engine flushed...the works...just to make sure we were safe on the road. NEVER had ANY problems...always kept oil changed on time...clean...etc. We drove to our destination w/ our vehicle parked for the most of our stay. On our way home oil spewed out on... view more the back glass & back of our vehicle...we called & reported this to them...and the overdrive light would not go off...we were leaking transmission all over the place (b/c the seals were not properly tightened!!!!!) We ended up having to replace the transmission in our vehicle...another incurred & unexpected cost!!!!! What a shame & disgrace!!! We had a nice christian neighbor to offer to pick up our family of 6 in the summer heat as our gear shift would no longer work due to our failing transmission!!!!!! Awful!!! So...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...THESE GUYS ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!

took my van in - nail in tire - wanted a patch or plug - was told due to location of nail they could not patch nor plug it - needed a new tire - i said ok - they checked - no tires for my vehicle in stock - i said ok and prepared to leave - they said `Wait ... we looked again and glory be - we CAN patch that tire`. They did - and it was fine - but they tried to sell me a tire first. I would often go to nexttire as it is located near my home. However, sometimes it is better to use a bit more gas and travel for good services. Over the years, the service has gone completely down hill. There is always some new at the front desk, which is a bad sign. They will either ignore repairs that should be done or try to get you to complete unneccesary repairs. They also leave your floor dirty and won`t use... view more the paper mats. When you call the manager, he in totally indifferent. For example, I bought a set of tires from them a year ago. They were what I thought to be high performance tires. They are now telling that I need a new set of tires and stated that the ones that I have are not high performance tires.
Don`t waste your time, go somewhere else.

I took my 2008 dodge nitro for a oil change and nothing else.. I got a phone call stating my rear rim was bent and i needed a wheel bearing.. well i went back and told them they were full of it.. i work on cars and no enough to no that the wheel bearing was not that bad.. come to find out they hit something in the garage and bent my passenger side rims and and now i have 1 flat tire and the other one is about to pop.... view more. do not take your vehicle here they are careless people and do not no how to work on cars and cant drive!!

I took my truck to have the oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. I picked this store because it was close to my house and a National chain. Amazingly enough, they found over $1000 worth of things that needed to be done, including my brakes, which would cost $140. I opted out on all ""new"" repais needed.

First problem - took my truck home and parked it for a day. The next morning, oil all over the ... view moredriveway. Didn`t tighten the oil filter, so it was leaking.

2nd problem - took the truck out on the freeway and the rear end was bouncing pretty good. So I took it back in to have them realign the rear end and rebablance the tires. They manager told me that the tire needed a slight adjustment but that the shimmy I was feeling was coming from needing brakes. Not only did I now need brakes I needed rotors and it would now cost me $350, just a couple weeks later.

I wasn`t falling for it, so I took my truck to a trusted mechanic who said he had never heard such. The tires were still a slight bit out of balance and the brakes were perfectly fine. When I tried to speak to the store manager about what I was just told, the manager at the store told me that he couldn`t talk to me if I was going to be argumentative. I purchased life time rotate and balance on my tires thru this store on my first visit but instead I will pay someone else to do that in the future. I will never grace the steps of this establishment.
