Super Shady
I recently bought a fully loaded limited 4runner from these guys. I enjoyed working with Marcus and thats why I bought from them. At the end of the day, they can all give you the same deal. While in cleanup they noticed damage on the car but didnt tell me until after the fact. Yes, they admitted they knew but decided against telling me. I come back the next day to have the salesperson explain to my wife how everythin... view moreg worked when they told me. George and Joel tell me that they will make it right. I`m extremely hesitant because it looks like they will have to paint two panels to fix it. I didnt want a brand new car that had paint work on it. George and Joel tell me their paint experts will both be in on Thursday and to bring the car back to see what my options are. When I come back Thursday only to find out they are going to have to paint the car. I tell them that I dont want the car and George has the nerve to tell me if I would have said that on Saturday they would have swapped out the car no questions. I only get more upset because I only agreed to drive it off on Saturday because they asked me to bring it back because they wanted to make it right. So now I have a car with 150 miles that will forever show that it`s been painted and will be worth less. I`m really not sure how Joel sleeps at night as dishonest and unethical as he is. I also think its pretty apparent there is something they know is wrong because they won`t give me an escalation point or a district manager. I`ve never had a situation where you`ve asked for a manage and they won`t give you one. There are too many Toyota dealerships around to deal with these guys. Be prepared to want to go home and take a bath after you deal with them.

Would NEVER recommend them. Af...
Would NEVER recommend them. After the sales guy made a mistake and submitted the wrong driver`s license number to the DMV it took me 8 MONTHS to get my license plate. I had to call constantly and received the run around - they even tried to blame the mistake on the DMV when I SAW the sales guy put it in wrong. I corrected him but some how the mistake made it through to the DMV anyway (I think the sales guy was pissed... view more off that I wouldn`t buy the full insurance). After numerous phone calls, three trips to my local DMV, and three trips to the police department I had to pay again for another license plate. On top of that I`m now being harrased by the sales manager (Rob, i think) about returning a license plate they loaned me. He started hastleing me for it back before I even got my license plate. They`ve never once apologized or taken responsiblity for this mess. All I`ve recieved is harrasment and impatience when I called about my license plate - the one I PAID them to take care of. After all I went through now they are harrasing me over their license plate. What ever you do - DO NOT LET THEM DO YOU A FAVOR!!!! If they are this difficult and incompetenet over something as small as taking care of a license plate I`m terrified to have to deal with them when something goes wrong with the car!!!!

Beware!!
Beware of this dealership. I bought my corolla through them and I love the little car but really hate how they treated me. I think they really think they can pull the wool over the eyes of women. When I went in recently to have a urgent recall and transmission fluid changed, I had a bad feeling that more would suddenly be wrong with my car. Sure enough they called and told me the transmission fluid pan had to be chan... view moreged because the bolt on the bottom was stripped. They are the only ones who have ever changed my transmission fluid so how did it get stripped if they didn`t do it and now want me to pay for it. I told them not to not change the pan that didnt make sense. I asked if transmission fluid was leaking now because it had not been before. I was assured no it was not and was still safe to drive because I wanted someone else to look at it. When I went to get my keys however the paper they want me to sign states transmission fluid is leaking and customer declines to do anything about it. Now I am furious. I want to speak to a manager but was told he is gone and they don`t have his number. That is B.S. I had was afraid to drive my car so ended up having to pay for their mistake. I will never never go back there and if I could give them a negative score I would.

Great new car purchase
Had a great experience at Cobb County Toyota- received blue book trade in value for my 01 accord with no haggling and left with a great deal on a 2012 Camry. Salesman was knowledgable and not high pressure. Everone was helpful and willing to deal. Will buy another car there. Extended warranty offered once and then dropped. I called ahead to make an appointment and they had the cars I wanted to see ready for me ... view moreto drive.

Read this!!! From a converted...
Read this!!! From a converted skeptic! We just purchased a Certified Used 2005 Sienna from Cobb County Toyota. I had tried every possible method to avoid purchasing from a large dealer. We looked at Carmax, drove numerous cars from private sellers via Autotrader, etc. I didn`t expect the large dealer to be dishonest, I just expected higher prices. So when I walked into the CCT building that night, I was a... view morermed with a ton of research and knew exactly what I wanted and what I would pay. A fantastic sales consultant named Jonah took me right to our new car and I knew 30 seconds into the test drive that it was a keeper. Since I had come alone and it was raining, Jonah offered that we could drive it to my house to show my wife and get her blessing without her having to pile the kids in the car to come see it (this also doubled as a great Christmas surprise!). He and I actually made a couple of trips to take my car back home and bring our old van to their lot for trade in. I was 100% comfortable with the condition of the car, the inspections/service performed by the svc dept on site (required under their Certified Used program), and the one year bumper-to-bumper warranty. Most importantly, I felt that I received good value for my money. I was already sold on buying another Sienna (our old one had over 200K miles), and now I am sold on the Certified Used program. I`m a practical numbers guy, but buying a car also should be a fun experience! And thanks to Jonah and the staff of Cobb County Toyota, that is exactly what we received. 5 stars from our family!

Salesman made a huge mistake
The salesman told me that I was purchasing a car that was Toyota Certified. After a 8 months I found there was body damage to the car. I called the dealership where Jonah told me that it was toyota certified. When I went in to have them inspect it the manager said it was not. I went back to Jonah and he said no it was and he told me it was. When the manager said it was Toyota Gold certified and not just Toyota Certif... view moreied, Jonah said oh well I was new and did not know the difference. HUGE MISTAKE!! VERY DIFFERENT THINGS! I did not know this. I was assured they where the same. When I asked him to please make amends they only offered to buy back my car for a low price or sell me a new car. I said I just want you to make this right as now I have a vehicle with an accident and I didnt know about it as it is not on the car fax. And they did not disclose that to me when i purchased the car. The manager took Jonah away, and when they came back I asked them to admit that they had just made a mistake and they refused. Saying they ""didn`t recall any such conversation."" My father was there and can be a witness. Jonah said several times, I thought it was certified and I told her it was and then later came back and said he didn`t remember saying this just 20 minutes earlier. They now refuse to do anything to help me. PLEASE HELP!! I just want this issue resolved and this is terrible business practice. When I asked again for them to admit they made a mistake, the manager said, ""we don`t admit to making mistakes."" I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission and Toyota. I understand that I got a deal on this car. I love my car, but I have found out this information that changes the situation. Do not let Jonah Amlett sell you a car. He seemed very honest, well he lied when he made a honest mistake as a newby. Credibility is now shot!

Never again!!
Made a deal with the sales manager (Rob) over the phone. Came in that night to get the car. Figures on paperwork were all wrong. After arguing with me about them for a while, he gave in. 1 hour later he calls me and my wife over to his "super secret magical counter" to tell me that the numbers don`t work, the deal can`t be done, and literally told us "I didn`t want to do this deal anyway, so y`all can ... view morejust go home." Later it was admitted by the general manager that the sales manager (Rob) had made a mistake when accepting my offer, and they just couldn`t make it happen. To make a very long story short, a lot of time was wasted, there was a huge heated argument in the dealership showroom, and everybody left upset. Between my wife and I, and our immediate family, 4 cars have been purchased from this dealership in the last 5 years. The sales manager was rude and very disrespectful and never again will I or any of our family members visit Cobb County Toyota (all because of the sales manager Rob).

I`m so glad I didn`t buy a car here!
Worst buying experience ever. I`ve had better experiences at buy-here-pay here lots with flood cars.

The salesman was either completely dense or brand spanking new- but he neglegted to tell me what I needed to trade in my car resulting in 3 seperate trips to the dealership. He was very dissmissive to my questions and kept asking for a check for the down payment before we had even talked numbers!!!

I fe... view moreel bad for anyone purchasing a car from those people.

Shady sales tactics
I went to this dealership to help my girlfriend purchase a certified used Camry. The price of the car was good, but they lowballed us on the trade-in value, which resulted in a lot of haggling. Once we thought the deal was done, we were sent into a separate room to work out financing. THIS IS WHERE THEY TACK ON AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WITHOUT TELLING YOU!!!! I specifically said we don`t want any extra extended warranty ... view morethat goes beyond the one that comes with a certified used toyota. At this point the finance person showed my girlfriend four payment options ($X for X months) that included various levels of added service. We found out later that all 4 of the options shown included a $1,995 extended warranty added on to the price we had already agreed to. We were not presented with any option without the extended warranty. We went through with it, but had to go back a few days later after we did the math, to get the extended warranty cancelled and money refunded. At no point in the sales process or financing process did anyone say anything about the extended warranty costing $1,995. Plus, on the paperwork they give you, you have to look very closely for this added charge because they use an ancient dot-matrix printer that prints the $1995 charge off-center, underneath the box it is supposed to be in, underneath other typing on the form.
SO BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU DO THE MATH if you`re going to buy from these guys and DO NOT LET THEM RUSH YOU! In fact, don`t even bother going here, cause there are plenty of honest people out there to do business with.
Also, the car she bought, though it is certified, is already making a horrible creaking noise whenever it is sharply turned into a parking spot, so we`ll be getting a different Toyota dealership to fix that problem.
