Worst wrecker service in the a...

Worst wrecker service in the area. Took 2 days to get what it would cost to get the car out. No one there knows what is going on unless it is the owner. $250 for a simple tow - $45 for storage which they charged for the time we were trying to get the amount from them. $85. for cleanup. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING THROUGH THE NOSE!!!

1500.00 later and my car will not even start now!

All I will say is DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They do terrible work. Emmett Head is no longer the owner. The new owner is nothing like Emmett. He lets his employees tear up your car and charges you outrageous prices to do so. My car has been parked ever since I had to have it towed from Emmett Head because it will not start or go into gear. All this cost me 1500.00! jack could care less about his customers and did no... view morething to make it right. Its too bad what happened to the place, but I do not expect him to stay in business long. I have heard nothing but negative things since Emmett sold to Jack.

Never had a problem...

Emmett Head is a great place for new and used parts.

We`ve never had a bad experience and they have always finished our motor work on time or ahead of schedule.

One of the worst business` I`ve ever dealt with

While dealing with the employees of this comnpany especially the owner Jack Young I found they were rude, egotistical and not very efficient. No one there seemed to know what was going on or what they were doing. The mechanic was openly drunk, the owner does not care if the work is done on time or at all. This place should be shut down,it`s just a rip off. Do not give them money up front the work will never get done... view more. Also, this is not the place for you if you don`t like dogs, there is a huge bull dog that has free run of the place and scares the hell out of the customers.
