Beware, most of these reviews ...

Beware, most of these reviews are fake. They lack any real specificity regarding the towing process and handling of cash. I called to have my vehicle towed. The engine no longer worked, and there was extensive damage to the side of the vehicle. I called, spoke with Omar, and was quoted a meager amount per the description. I was running out of time since the body shop was going to start charging me for keeping my dead... view more vehicle. Extreme Junk Cars weren`t able to pick it up the same day, so they came the following day to pick it up from the auto body where it was stored. I couldn`t be there at that time, but they assured me that they could pick the car up in my stead. When they arrived, I got an angry phone call from the tow truck driver (not Omar) stating that they were going to give me half of what they agreed to over the phone even though I was quoted a firm price. It was not explained to me that their policy involves haggling upon arrival to pick up the junk vehicle to a significantly lower amount than was stated. In fact, I was quoted lower than their advertised $300-$800 after they arrived. I couldn`t refuse as the body shop was getting pissy at this point and Extreme Junk Cars gave me a take-it-or-leave-it offer. Please heed my warning. Don`t ever do business with these guys. The reviews are fake and lack details. Choose someone better with a reputation on another website. I really should have read the reviews and realized this before my fatal mistake.

I called a number of junk yards before coming across Extreme Junk Cars but they were by far the easiest to deal with. I have nothing but great things to say about this transaction. Very professional people from the gentleman I spoke to on the phone to the gentleman that came and picked up my car. The customer service here couldn`t get any better. Even if I was offered more anywhere else (even though they gave me top dollar) I would still come here just for the great service they offer you here I must say can`t find that else where...

The best I have seen!

Extreme junk cars gave me the most money then the other companies I called and they came to my house same day and picked up my car with cash on hand no questions asked the quote they rated me over the phone was the same when they showed up defiantly the people to call for your junk car removal!
