DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! When you first bring your car for repairs the service and customer relations are very good and they tell you what you want to hear. I was told a price I was satisfied with and brought my car to them for repair. First I was told the car would take 3 days to repair. After 3 days they said they needed a few more days, and then on the last day, he told me it would cost more then the original e... view morestimate given to me. Majority of the work was already completed so it would they make it impossible to say no. After I agreed to the additional costs, the repair work done was not great quality. Also the Interior panel of my car was damaged and cracked and the clips were broken off. I told the owner of the damage and he said he would gladly repair it for me. He told me he would order the parts and call me in a few days. I didn?ˆ™t receive a call for a week and then called back and he told me the parts were ordered and he will call me once they came in. 2 weeks later still didn?ˆ™t receive a call, and I was told the parts were back-ordered. I called the parts depot my self and was told the parts are here and can be shipped in one day. Called again the following week and still no help. After 7 weeks, was told that we cannot help you, and you will have to take care of the car yourself. These people are very quick to tell you what you like, and once they have your car and money, it?ˆ™s a completely different story. I would stay away from this place, go somewhere else who cares about their customers. Also I paid for a new bumper to be painted and put on, but they reused the same damaged bumper and buffed, sanded and painted over it. A few weeks later i start to notice chips and paint cracks exactly where the bumper was originally damaged. Go to someone who has a better rapport with their customers, and won`t scam you.

My family and I have been dealing with Mr.Patton for years.We would not use anybody else.He provides excellent service,very friendly and you never have to worry if the work will be done right.
