Very bad choice. They go to my church I assumed they were honest god fearing folks. It was nothing but a hassle, they do not work with your insurance company at all. They only say the insurance just wont pay so I had to pay the difference, I unknowingly signed the "repair order" which they didnt explain, is their way of screwing me out of a few hundred dollars over and above my deductible. I took my truck for repair to Hernandez shop. He told me all this story about using factory parts. When I pick up my truck the fender repair was horrible and the bumper was a reproduction. The mud flap and the bumper plastic was loose and missing hardware. Really bad job.

DISHONEST CROOKS!!!!!

Danny, Bob and April are liers!!! They make their living by screwing customers over and making false claimes towards insurance companies! Bob is a preacher which adds to the corruption of this bussiness. When u drop your car off they have you sign a a contract that gives them basicaly Power of Attorney over your car. Thats how it begins, they then come up with BOGUS charges to submit to the insurance companies that ... view morewill refuse to pay so Danny then charges the customer the difference and the customer has already unknowingly signed aggreeing to pay these BOGUS charges. I personaly have seen how they do bussiness and have worked to help get customers cars back from them. Danny brags on how he has lawyers on retainer. Doing bussiness the way he does i can see why he does. All of the good reviews you see on here is written by his employes when not answering the phones, talking to lawyers or SCREWING VENDORS OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!

I am very pleased with this company. The people at Hernandez Collision Center are the type people you want as neighbors or trusted advisers. They have been a blessing to me. Most recently I had a car accident. I am glad we had our car taken to Hernandez. They immediately helped with the insurance coverage explaining and going over any coverage options. Awesome Customer Service!

Our son`s pickup was severely damaged by baseball sized hail. Our insurance company wanted to take shortcuts and not properly repair his truck. Hernandez went to bat for us, guided and directed us through the whole process. They helped us obtain from our insurance company the approval to correctly repair the vehicle. Great customer service

This is the first time using Hernandez and we will go back to them. My husband`s truck was damaged in the front in a wreck. The insurance was not customer-friendly and Hernandez took care of everything. Our truck was fixed and looks great. We are definitely happy with the results and would use Hernandez again.
