I visited this used dealership, test drove a few vehicles and had settled on a - Mercedes - GL450. During negotiations, I requested that they throw in floor mats. We bought a used Q5 from Mark at Atlanta Luxury Motors to sell to a friend who wanted a black Audi Q5. Mark said the car had no issues and that it was a non smoker. The car arrives and there are multiple cigarette burns in the interior and the entire sunroof shade had been ripped out. The hood had acid rain and major pollution damage all over the hood. I asked for the GM and some guy who was probably the same salesman said "hello?" I told him what had happened and that I want to speak to him about discrepancies in the description of the vehicle and its actual condition. He said "too bad" and I told him that we would sue him and he said "screw you." It`s shady used car dealers like this that give all car dealers a bad name. I would urge anyone considering doing business with these shysters to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are crooks. Plain and simple. DO NOT BUY HERE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I dont know if I was just extremely unfortunate, though I had to deal with 5 different individuals from Kash Navi, Paul Sing, Cade Ekes though none of them could deliver. If you want to rack up a decent phone bill, buy a car from them and try following up with them for a month to find out where it is ever day. They will ask you to check out their BBB rating, indeed.. absolutely floored at how great this place is! Saved 4,300 dollars compared to a certified car and the rate was 2.99% beating my credit union. I have never had a better experience, no haggling or games by management. Great business

Great place to find a car you are looking for and more over affordable place as well. good customer service. lot of inventory for choosing a car. I would recommend ALM if you are looking for a car, to save you some time make your first stop at ALM you don`t need to go any where else.
