Awesome Customer Service!! My husband and I had our Mustang GT repaired by Cherokee Collision Center and they did a FABULOUS job!! Their awesome customer service will bring us back whenever we need any type of auto repairs!!

I don`t know who paid these other guys to give such good reviews because this was not my expience AT ALL!!! First, they kept my car for 50 days after I was t-boned by a distracted teenage driver. When I got it back it wasn`t finished, infact it had more damage than before the accident. My car was 7 months old when the accident happened, it was perfect. The paint didn`t match and there were flaws with the paint job, m... view morey glove box hit the passenger door when you opened it, there were/are scratches on the interior door handles and center console (only on the doors and areas that CCC removed to "repair" my car), they lied to me, and the car was FILTHY!!!!! I have to keep taking it into the dealership to keep fixing wires that they broke...tomorrow will be my 5th time. I was released from my phyical therapy weeks ago, but because of CCC my car is still not fixed. I don`t care that they are a family run business, because they act like a bunch of con-men. Do not trust them with your car!

Not as good as they used to be. I have taken my autos to Cherokee Collision for several years. They used to be the best. However, I have noticed a definite change in attitude over the last couple of years. I have left messages for RJ to return calls and emails for serve but he no longer replies. The last repair was twice the estimate. I made an appointment with RJ for an estimate and he chose to go to lunch ins... view moretead. I took my new Chevy Camaro there after it was hit in the back. There was alot of damage and they repaired my car better than I could have expected. They insured that my insurance company only used OEM parts and did not try to fix broken parts but replace them. The staff was very nice, especially RJ, and answered all of my questions. I took my car to Cherokee Collision Center after a wreck. I had a wonderful experience ! RJ was very helpful, he took care of the insurance company and all I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up.My car looked brand new,they had even cleaned the car up better than it ever had been. I would 100% recommend anyone to Cherokee Collision Center, this is a family owned business that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is courteous and professional and take the stress out of handling a car repair. RJ and his staff care for their customers and it shows!

I had a great experience with Cherokee Collision Center! They are the best car repair business I have ever dealt with. When I came in a few months ago for a door repair, they guided me through the insurance process and rental car process which made it so easy. I usually have no time to leave my office during the day so it is hard for me to do things during the week but they went out of their way to accomodate my sche... view moredule.
