We have been taking our vehicles to Layfield Motors for years. Nap is our guy and we know he will take good care of us as well as anyone we send there. Recently our Nanny received a quote for work and I sent it over to Nap. He said it looked a little ""fishy"" and wanted to take a look at the car. They were able to do all the work needed to get the car running great and saved her over $300!!

Been going to WT Standard at Woodstock for years, since previous mechanic told me I needed new AC system. Standard fixed existing. Have sent several other people there and will continue to. I have taken my car to many a shop and never felt quite sure if I was getting quality work at a fair price, or if I was being ripped off. This place is the total opposite, and have great customer service to boot.

I had taken my car there for work on the brakes, which they did at a good price, and dropped me off and picked me up from work while they did the job.

While there, at my request, they took a l... view moreook at some other (botched) work I had done somewhere else and gave me a complete diagnostic which I could take to the other shop and have them re-do their work correctly this time. I didn`t believe this could happen!

I will be taking my car and my husband`s there from now on.

I have used WT Standard since I began my current job back in July of ?ˆ™10. They service my entire shop?ˆ™s fleet with exceptional skill and courtesy. They are outstanding for many reasons, several of which include the following:

1) Communication- Clear, patient and courteous. Easy to take for granted, but not that common in their line of business.

2) Expertise- How to say it. If they fix it, it stays fixe... view mored.

3) Broad Range- Its amazing how many things they can work on. Not just cars. If it has a motor, they will take care of it.

4) Quick turn around- This is perhaps the most important thing. They KNOW you need your business vehicle back on the road. They work with alacrity. They even pick it up, fix it, and bring it back. Wonderful stuff.
