have to say avoid this shop. After 5 weeks of excuses, I took my car back. This guy even has the GALL to drive my car back and forth to his house, claiming he`s checking out the functionality of the transmission. I spent 900 dollars to have coolant leaks repaired, water pump studs put in, and ball joints and tie rods replaced. Oh and an oil change and spark plug wires and injectors.The Transmission still does not sh... view moreift properly into overdrive, the window isn`t fixed, and the odometer doesn`t work. The car also pulls to the right, and he`s claiming it`s a bad caliper. I`ve spent 1700 at this shop over the last year. NEVER again. I will say if you have a part you need for a Mustang go see him. He`s got enough parts cars and parts in the back to probably get you anything you need on a Mustang.

I have been dealing with Jeff Arthur for years. Prices were low seemed like a good guy. But he lies. I had cams and exhaust put it and had to take it back several times to get it right. Then I had an engine rebuild that took a month. I was told " we took it all apart getting ready for the machine shop". I get there unannounced motor still in the car barely touched. I asked for several things to be fixed whi... view morele the car was there from past work. I was told the car would be ready on a Monday. A week later I had to hassle him about getting it done. Then when "done" my valves are tapping. Exhaust sounds horrible. I had to take it to him 3 days in a row and its still not right. Now he`s not answering my calls. For the poor work he done. I`m done I will pay the high price for good work and quick service. And his shop looks like a junk yard. Only fools go there an I`m no longer a fool. This place needs to be shut down like yesterday.

This guy is the same dirtbag that owned Blue Oval Corral years back. Sold me a "Freshly Rebuilt" Cobra engine that upon firing it up smoked like a burning tire dump. He claimed it to be "Break in oil". This guy is a real piece of work folks. Same song and dance everytime he is confronted with the issue of missing parts. No morals, no ethics just another deadbeat that hides behind caller ID and his loser convict employees that are also cheats. They should shut this shop down!

Horrible business!! I took my Mustang to this guy for a 5 speed conversion. He did the initial job quickly, but the car had a bad vibration. Took it back to him, and about a year later he still had my car. He continually told me it would be done soon, but never did finish the job. He stopped answering my calls as well, I live almost 2 hours away from the shop, so I dropped in one day to get my car. The car was missin... view moreg parts he had no business removing, my license plate ended up on one of his other cars in the yard, and he claimed he couldn`t find my parts. The car was stripped as if he was usng it as a parts car. Jeff Arthur never reimbursed me for anything he took. He is a smooth talker and thinks he`s above the law. "DO NOT TRUST JEFF ARTHUR AT MUSTANG SPEED AND RESTORATION". It`s been over 2 years since he victimized me, and now I see others have also been victimized. I do not know how this guy is allowed to conduct himself in this manner and continue to have a business. He took over $2500.00 from me, but I lost much more than that before it was over. This business has to be held accountable for their illegal actions, and the customers/victims need to be compensated!!

Horrible experience. Do not do business with Jeff Arthur. He never fixed my car. Complete incompetence. He took a performance part off my car and never returned it. He doesn`t make good on his promises. -3 negative stars.

I had to pull my car from the garage after months of waiting for work that should have taken 2 weeks at best. The work that was done was subpar for a shop that promotes mustang "restoration". I had to have most of the work redone due to quality. Also parts of the vehicle were missing from the shop. I was told by folks who were recent customers that parts of their cars were missing and suspected to h... view moreave been sold on put on other customers cars. I ended up spending an an additional $1400.00 to correct the car and replace missing parts. I am not the only customer with this experience after meeting more folks in the area with Mustangs. Jeff the owner seems like a nice guy and knows his stuff but for some reason the customers are getting screwed. I would not recommend using this shop.
