We waited 2 1/2 hrs for a fron...
We waited 2 1/2 hrs for a front end alignment recheck ( had been done exactly 2 weeks prior) , because new tires were installed some where else and wanted it rechecked. I was told after inquiring and seeing no one attending to it , they couln`t find that nites paperwork, but it could`t be aligned because it needed (4) ball joints. and a manager would call me with the price at 11:30 Am the next day. I had 2 other plac... view morees check and was told ball joints were not required. I called the 800 number and the store manager called back and says the tech still says there is slight movement on the lower right bj and to come in tomorrow
