Donald was very easy-going, and spoke to us as if we were friends, not customers. I liked that it made the experience light. No complaints, the entire staff was very easy to talk to and deal with. Marcus was a really great salesperson. Very helpful at explaining what was happening. I wish I had more time, i jumped in and took off. I didn`t get a chanve to ask how things worked..which was my fault. Keep the great sales and services.

She was not the least bit pushy, was very friendly and knowing that we`d already been to two other toyota dealerships, did everything she could to make the experience go as smoothly as possible.
