People from the dealership drove to my home on Pine Island, appraised by car and when the new Mustang was ordered, picked my old car up from my home. Everything was completed while I was out of the country! When I arrived back in Florida, the new Mustang was built as ordered and delivered as promised.

I had returned to the installer to report the condition and he told me I had to run the fan on HIGH and the max setting. Mr. Prospero said he would be happy to look at it. I was so happy with the first work that Charlotte County Ford Collision Center did on our ?ˆ™07 Ford Edge that I brought in a second car ?ˆ“ my wife?ˆ™s Jaguar. They did a bang-up job on both cars. The damage on the Jag was a lot of dings from opening the Edge door inside our garage. The body shop gave us an estimate that sounded reasonable so I gave the go-ahead. They got the job done on time and the car looks perfect.
