Financing Department

I think that before you give someone a vehicle you should make sure everything has cleared across the board. I have had a vehicle from this company which was purchased in the month of September this is about to be nov. and before the late 5 days of the companys closing of all loans they asked me to bring back the vichle it was not approved. Can anybody image riding around in a new vehicle and someone calling you back... view more 30 days later and says bring back the truck you need a co signer. After 30 days! Don`t get me wrong the company has some people in there that are very nice as salesman but things could have been done differently on the financial aspect. I think this was a waste of time and energy. I would not recommend this company to anybody when it comes to the financial department because they need somemore training. Anybody can make a deal just as well as anybody can buy a car. Salesman don`t know how much it take to make a deal work with a bank but finance people do so, if you would like to see a customer happy why stakes up so high.
