was dropped off the bus at kupperman motors and after 30 min i was driving a nice 1999 honda odyssey which i financed for almost two years.At the time of the sale i didnt think about placing a feedback to the dealer because i am not good with computers. even though i could not be more happy with car and the service.What really made me want to write this review is the real exeptional treatment Ethan and Essie provided... view more me within those two years i was finanacing the vehicle. They made sure i would not fall behind payments even though i was late numerous time due to finanacial hardship. They fought with the finanace company to keep this deal a alive and to be reasnable on late fees. After two years i have the title of the vehicle in my hand and my credit score improved dramaticaly.Not only do i own my owne car now but i also fixed my credit to a huge extent. this improved my life significally. They promised me low payments and they delivered ,they promised me a low down payment and they delivered!! I cant be happier than that, I love my 06 Pontiac gt, I love everything connected to this medium size dealership. Dishonest, Horrible Customer service, do not go to this dealer. I bought a car here, and on the first drive home the car turned off on the highway. I called the owner, Ethan Kupperman, and he said to go ahead and bring the car back, that he would take care of it. After four days he said that he couldn`t repair it because the the mechanic is "sick". Kupperman Motors.....Where do I start? Kupperman and his crew are the biggest most dishonest con artists that I`ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I guss buying a used vehicle doesn`t have to be a scarry frustraing event. Ethan and Essie from kupperman motors helped me buy a small sedan that fitted my needs and budget.
The volkswaggen jetta i bought from them is in perfect condition, they really took care of me and i am going to refer all my freinds to them!!!

I purchased a used car at K Motors, turns out the car had been stolen, the wiring had been geri-rigged, I have spent well over the price of the car on repairs. When I called to ask to speak to Ethan his assistant hung up on me and never returned my call. If you want to pay top dollar for a CRAPPY vehicle go no further than Ethan Kupperman`s, K Motors. If the lemon we regretfully bought and subsequent mechanic bills were the extent of the headache, that would be one thing. After the vehicle purchase, the customer service became HORRIBLE and I`m talking directly about Ethan Kupperman. He screwed up the title transfer over and over again, only to ultimately have us driv... view moree back to his used car lot to give us a check to take care the tag and title ourselves (and I know $60 will not cover the tag and title transfer). I explained to him that I would appreciate him redoing the title CORRECTLY and have the tag transferred as we discussed, and mail it to us. His answer was "...ok, but it`ll cost you more money" and this is for a process that is "included in the purchase price". Ladies, there is a reason this "winner" is not married. Ethan Kupperman is a lazy man, whose customer service "solution" is to do as little as possible to save HIMSELF from too much hassle. As he washed his hands of us he called out, ?ˆ?this is all legal!?ˆ? Legal or not?ˆ¦ his conduct is not worth a single vehicle in his lot. Just because something?ˆ™s legal doesn?ˆ™t make it right.
