But when i went there to get the alignment and oil change, they told me i needed to get the balancing done too, an extra 30.00 cost! Then the manager walked in and told m... view moree, "Come here for a second i want to show you something", as we walked to the back he told me that my less than 30,000 miles car needed a replacement bolt for the steering. I asked how much? and he said about 100.00. I asked if it was going to affect the alignment and he told me no, so i said that i would just hold off. Thinking he was just trying to up sell me extra work, i thought to myself it was whatever as long as i didn`t give it. However when i drove of the repair shop i noticed the car had a slight pull to the left. I went back a few days later and asked if they could take a look at the alignment again. They refused to and told me that it was due to that bolt and that it was going to cost me about 150.00. What a bunch of scammers, i knew it was way too good to be true. They didn`t event look at the alignment, maybe they did make a mistake and that`s why the alignment was of. Businesses like this with uneducated employees don`t know the value of customer service. In today`s world, customers need to be treated better and they sure don`t know how to do that. I don`t recommend this place to anyone.

I hardly ever write Yellow Pages reviews, but the experience I;ve had with Perez Auto Works has been so superior that I just had to let everyone in the Miami area know! Dealing with Luis & Jose Perez and the professional Auto-Team is one of the greatest I have ever had with Auto repair businesses! And I have been taking cars in for repairs for over 30+ years and have done them all PepBoys (peep-boys), GoodYe... view morear, Firestone, the Dealers (rip-off), private mom and pops...tried them THEM all! But look at the difference at Perez - The staff is always professional and pleasant - they run a full diagnostic on my car (s); explained their recommendations clearly and also detailed the charges for each item - them they even worked with me on the high-end parts (Dealer-Only parts). They only charge for what`s needed - I feel taken-care of and more importantly I feel safer after they work on my car(s) I have not have this type of courteous and professional service in a long time; It `s refreshing and my car(s) receive excellent service. I am SO glad I found Perez Auto Works - They explained everything that they will do and I walked out assured of a quality services job that I was getting...also saved hundreds (re:previously gone to several shops in the area). By the way these guys know their Cars! So far I have taken-in my wife`s Mini-Cooper S, my Mercedes E320 Wagon, daughter`s Lexus300RX, son`s Dodge RAM and the family Nissan Marano. Bottom Line: If you want excellent service with Mechanics that know what they`re doing and at a very fair price - call Luis or Jose at Perez Auto Works with confidence.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would... The other people posting here must be employees and/or family trying to boost the ratings... **DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY**. Sure, the staff was ok and friendly, however the service was way under par. I went for a simple inspection prior to a long road trip with my children. The inspection turned up a nearly $2,000 estimate for mostly unnecessary work. The mechanic checki... view moreng my truck seemed to look through everything. He took his time and appeared to be thorough. But when I asked to see for myself the issues on my truck that the estimate called for, the mechanic pointed out things that I knew were already replaced brand new about 4 months prior. He told me the "basics" (spark plugs, brakes, belts, fluids, etc.) were ok. He also told me the timing belt needed to be replaced... my truck does not have a timing belt. It uses a silent timing chain. He pointed to a spacer in my front coil springs and said that my wheel bearings were bad... it was a spacer he pointed to, not the bearing. Ummm, I am female, I am not a mechanic but I`m not an idiot. I was insulted but watched curiously as he embarrassed himself with either his own lack of knowledge and/or his assuming that I don`t know anything about cars. When all was said and done, I left and went to Pep Boys up the road with the estimate in-hand from Perez AutoWorks. Turns out, most of the repairs on the estimate were not needed. My bearings and front coil spacers were fine. And to add insult to injury, the mechanic at Perez apparently failed to properly inspect the ?ˆ?basics?ˆ?; my brakes really needed to be changed and the fan belt was weathered and needed to be replaced. And to think, I was about to drive to another state, alone with my children, with bad breaks and a bad fan belt. Shame on Perez AutoWorks. By bringing my business to Pep Boys, along with my estimate from Perez and my complaints, the fellas at Pep Boys took good care of my truck; they even checked and topped off all my fluids for free (something Perez did not do, as Pep Boys reported that they needed to add brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, and transmission fluid), they checked and corrected my tire pressure for free and made sure my truck was road ready and safe to travel the distance with my children... priceless. I will never go back to Perez. That is certainly a lesson I learned the first time around. Always get a second opinion.

I took my Ford Explorer to Per...

I took my Ford Explorer to Perez auto because of some front end noises and on the highway it didn`t feel safe to drive. I am so glad I did. Not only does my baby now feel like its brand new again and enjoyable to drive again, but I saved a lot of my hard earned money! I liked the following: They looked over the car for free, they made a list of things i need to have done by importance, they showed me each of the i... view moretems on the car and why it needs replacing. Many of the parts I could clearly see were way beyond their prime. I love that they are next to Bird Bowling alley. I didn`t have a ride so I basically hung out and bowled and brought my laptop because they have free wifi. These guys are a gem to find in Miami. Service A+, Price A+, Honesty Factor A+. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic in Miami who`s quick, knows their stuff, and inexpensive! My first experience with them, and I`d already call myself a life long customer for sure!

Perez Auto Works did a great j...

Perez Auto Works did a great job getting my Ford Windstar back on the road during my vacation to Miami from Cleveland Ohio. We were able to enjoy a few frames of bowling next door while they repaired my cracked rear axel. Thanks to Perez auto works for saving my vacation.

Perez Auto Works is like havin...

Perez Auto Works is like having a Doctor in the family for your Car or Truck. I will NEVER take my truck to the dealer or anywhere else for that matter. I took my Ford F-250 7.3 Diesel there for a fuel leak. The dealer and 2 other auto shops said they need to replace the fuel filter housing costing me also $1000.
