I had some bad damage on my 2011 honda civic on the front bumper and on the drivers side above the wheel well. Because there was damage on the wheel well I was unable to drive it without it rubbing the tire. Crestview paint and body did a great job of fixing my car right up. I never even had to drive out to Crestview, which in the beginning, had me worried, but obviously, now that I`ve had my car back for over 2 weeks, I had nothing to worry about. They did a phenomenal job on my body work. I was very impressed. I loved that they even paid my co-pay as well. I got my car looking good as new for no dime out of my pocket! Way to go, Crestview Paint and Body! The only issue I had was that they didn`t really call you back when they said they would and they kept pushing back when the car would be finished. It was always a different person telling me a different day and different time, so it`s possible the shop`s communication might not be it`s best. It also took a month to get my car back. But that didn`t really bother me too much considering my insurance paid for me to have a EVEN NICER rental car during that time. but for those folks who don`t have that luxury, I can see how punctuality would be very important. If you`re insurance doesn`t cover a rental car, then it would definitely bum me out that I had to wait that wrong. So I would say time management and staff communication would be the reason why they didn`t get that 5th star. The work was great! The staff was nice! and my car looks INCREDIBLE.

I`d like to start off by first saying that a one star review isn`t low enough for this company. My car has been in and out of this business for 1 year... Allstate supplement says 7 days for repairs to be done.. My vehicle was there the first time March 2, 2012 to April 6, 2012... picked up the car and the car wasn`t finished... the work was done poorly and it looked like a child had worked on my car. The tailights di... view mored not match and things were falling apart. January 2013 my car went back to Crestview Paint and Body because of a busted weld in the rear.. so my car flooded during heavy rain... also, the upholstery in the car had fallen because of the moisture inside of the vehicle from the flooding... my car was picked up from CP&B on Friday, March 1, 2013 and the car was worse than it was whenever I dropped it off for the flooding... All the trim on the inside of the vehicle had either been broken, busted, or just not put back correctly and the upholstery had fingerprints all in it... where the workers took off my rear right tailight there are screwdriver indentions in the bumper... also a sheet metal screw in my tire.. the upholstery doesn`t even match the original upholstery that was previously in the vehicle... So here it is March 6, 2013 and my car is still at CP&B and they "say" they are ordering all the correct parts and my car should be finished soon.. so they "say". My fiance` has tried to contact Ed or Scott several times and they are ALWAYS busy or out of office and they never call you back.. You always get put on hold for several minutes as well... I can`t even sell my car for what it was originally worth anymore. I don`t see how this place is still in business.. The receptionist Christina hung up on me because I wanted to speak with Ed or Scott and she knew who I was...

Let me start by first stating quality takes time. That said, I am very happy with the work done on my 2003 BMW. I was a little skeptical thinking the shop would not match the Jet Black color or make it look like it was originally but I was wrong. It s perfect. It did take longer then I wanted, but as I said earlier quality takes time. Also, they had to wait for the parts to arrive which caused a longer delivery time ... view morethan expected. Ms. Gwen kept me posted of the situation so I was not worried. Thank you all. I recommended my friend take his car there. The shop picked it up at his house this morning. Time will tell. Regret
This place is a complete joke. Not professional at all!! The front desk workers are clueless as to what`s going on with anything. They will not call you nor update you on the status of your vehicle AT ALL!! Even though we are military and our deductible was waived, it was NOT worth it. They had the audacity to tell us the vehicle may have to go to the dealer in order to fix something that they charged our insura... view morence company for. We told them we were on the way to pick up our vehicle and they actually told us, ""Well we like to close a little before 5 so try and hurry""........I was thinking to myself Is this real life???? It actually makes me rage to think about the nonsense we dealt with. Would not send my worst enemy to this place. Rating: Negative 5 stars

Great service
I have always used Crestview Paint & Body for all my vehicle repairs. I have never had one problem with them. They always keep me abreast of what is going on with the repair. The end results have always been up to my expectation. I had my wreck on 12/20/2011 and with all the holidays my vehicle will be completed 01/06/2012 which is acceptable.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY COMPANY EVER!
-10 stars! Worst ever! Even my insurance company advises against this company! They lie! They don`t return calls and put you hold for 30 mins! No lie! Hoping you will hang up! Stay away! Customer service SUCKS! Obviously the owner is independently wealthy and could careless! I hope that eventually the word gets around and they go under!

Don`t be fooled by the good reviews that conveniently pop up whenever a bad review is written. Go straight to the Better Business Bureau website for proof of how lousy this business is. They`re very adept at being evasive to any and all questions and attempting to placate you with a rebate. I wish I could say more postiv...
I wish I could say more postive things than negative about CPB. The business started out in the right direction by calling me to get my insurance claim information when the estimator hadn`t called them after 2 days. I thought I had an ally in CPB. To my chagrin, I have pretty much the same negative review as other customers. They towed my truck from FWB to Crestview on 7/15, it is now 8/18 and I have been given th... view moree run around each week. I am sooo frustrated! I have been kept on hold for extreme amount of minutes, told they would get back to me and then never call back, told my truck would be done in an hour and the next day it still wasn`t, and at least two supplamental claims were made to my insurance by them. I really hope that the work they do will be satisfactory. Either way I will update my post because I am fair and would hope that you all receive better service than I have received. I have heard from friends negative reviews but it was after I had already allowed the truck to be taken in. I wish I had read the reviews earlier.

Good job!
I was recently involved in a hit & run incident and needed repairs for my vehicle. The front driver fender was crushed and needed serious help. I got an estimate from my insurance company, dropped my vehicle off at Crestview Paint & Body and the rest is history. Though my vehicle was in repair for a couple of weeks; I had no out of pocket expense and the results were impressive and worth the wait.
