Wagen Werks is located in a business strip on the LEFT, almost at the end of 103rd Street-towards Cecil Field, & just past the school on the right). Definitely a HIDDEN TREASURE! If you`re looking for an honest shop, one that will be upfront and truthful about everything, this is the place!! They are the lowest priced certified VW/Audi specialtist shop in town!! Being a girl, people think I don`t know much about cars... view more. I needed my A/C repaired on my 02 Audi Quattro TT. They were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. He explained my options in detail. And, while the car was still on the lift, they brought me back to show me another concern they notice- but never tried to pressure me into getting the repairs done there. They genuinely wanted to inform me because of the possible safety concern. This shop treated me as if they were servicing their own sister`s car. Every shop in Jax wanted $1300 or more! I took it to Wagen Werks and paid almost 1/2 that!! I`m assuming this is because he only billed me for true & accurate labor time and also for what was actually needed! I even received a discount on the service because they had to keep my car for an extra day, due to a shipping delay on the part. Furthermore, I was able to apply the -10% on-line First Time Customer coupon saving even MORE $$$!! Finally a shop that has a conscience, a place you can really trust to do the RIGHT thing! They really know (& care) about what they do!! It makes a difference when you feel that the shop is not just in it for the money. They`re around because of the love for this German car, the Volkswagen. As long as they`re here, I AM THEIR CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

Great service! At Wagen Works on 103rd st. Jacksonville, Fl.( close to Brannon Field / Chaffee rd.)I found them after searching online from a friends tip. I had a dealer quote repair work on an Audi A4 turbo 1.8, and took the car to Wagen Works instead. Jason and his crew did the work fast,right, and the quote was accurate.
