I`ve shopped for many cars in my lifetime, and there are only 2 experiences that I have had that have been pleasurable, and dealing with Tom Edwards Chrysler Dodge Jeep was one of them. In fact, I`d say it was the best. Although I gotta say, dealing with Lakeland Volkswagen was quite awesome... especially since they sent me flowers. LOL! I had already gone to Lakeland`s Jeep dealership and was met with your usual high pressure sales tactics from the finance guy and a lack of knowledge from the salesman himself. So I took a photo of the offer they gave me, because the finance guy yelled at the salesman for starting to write down the information from me and well... they can`t stop ME from getting the info, so I took that photo over to Tom Edwards dealership. As soon as I entered the door Vince said hello and we were rolling. I pulled out the photo and said ""If you can beat this, we got a deal. And not only did he beat it, he beat it by $3000. And on top of that, got a color I wanted AND a better version of the Jeep Patriot I wanted. And instantly I am in love with that car.

The staff was ULTRA friendly, even before they realized my brother went to church with the owner and one of the salesmen. Very informative, and I would definitely buy from Vince again. Real nice down to earth people there and I would definitely go back there.

I recently purchased a Dodge Magnum from Tom Edwards Dodge, over the internet, emails and phone calls. There were many communication points throughout this transaction. Every person I talked to at the dealership over the course of the purchase was knowledgeable about the car, the deal, the transaction, and was extremely helpful, and truthful. They were hugely accommodating even on a used car purchase. They took extra pictures when asked, coordinated scheduling with my third party inspection company, they coordinated pickup by my transport company. These guys are a TOP NOTCH outfit. I can only wish my local dodge dealer could touch the level of service and competence I received dealing with Tom Edwards. I have a growing mopar collection and will be coming back to Tom Edwards for a 392 challenger in the coming years. Thanks guys! Mopar or No Car.

I recently bought a new year end Dodge truck from Tom Edwards Chrysler Dodge and it was a great experience. I shopped the whole state from Orlando to Miami and ended up buying from Edwards Dodge even though they were over 100 miles away.

I purchased a Town and Country van from Tom Edwards and it has been a wonderful experience. The salesman Bruce was very helpful and the service department has done my oil changes in a very convenient timely manner. Buy your vehicle here and buy An American made good product.

I found a great car for a very good and fair price so we began to put the deal together when the sales person came back and told me the payments would be 260 on a 10000 car for 60 months. I asked them to extend to 72 months since my interest was at 3.49 it still only cost me less then 400 in interest for the loan term. So they came back at 198.00. Also the car fax said the car is white with grey interior. The car I wanted to buy is white and beige interior. Wonder what that means. Plus the vin number was no where i could find on the car fax just a title number?

When I graduated college, money was tight and I was hearing all the horror stories of watching out for car dealerships. When I went to Tom Edwards in Bartow, all the stories were proved wrong.

To start, I was treated like family. I wasn`t pressured into a decision. I was provided different options for vehicles within a window that was around what I was able to afford. I bought a used LHS with an extended w... view morearranty and off I went. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

That was fifteen years ago. Since then I have bought another 3 used vehicles and a new one off the truck. Each experience has been rewarding. I have been able to get what I can afford, and treated as a real person through all of it, including all service visits.

Randy and the folks at Tom Edwards know how to treat and take care of their customers. They go out of their way to get you into the most vehicle for what you can afford. Even the Service Department & Parts Department go out of their way to keep costs down, to ensure your vehicle is running its best. I have had both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs done on my vehicles, and every time it has been worth every penny.
