I had two bad experiences with this dealer. This is the horrible place ever i went in my life. Champ and Joe Alvarado these two sales assistants just pulled me in to the dealer store by quoting price on phone and once i am there Champ was twisting the figures and made almost 3K difference with the phone price. When i ask him why you doing this - His answer is I am not a manager to take the decisions on phone. ... view more When i went to the manager - He is saying that i didnt give you the quote , Champ gave you the quote and i am not responsible for this. Same thing Champ Harsha Edirishine played the same trick and wasted my time and money. Cons 1. Always try to push the customer to buy the vechicle 2. No coordination between sales persona and manager 3. False information in calls by Champ and Joe 4. Mis - Behaviour with customers. 5. Sense less discussions. - Mr. Champ was quotioning me that cant you afford 3 dollars per day( As if he is earning for me) . He is trying to compare my salary and his salary and trying to make just fun out of it 6.Last but not least - Jhey just waste your time. I strongly recommend not to waste your time by going there. Be aware that never belive their words in calls just ask for the Email confirmation. They just lie in phone and try to bulf you to come there and push to buy a vecicle - The worst part of my two visits is when i had the same experiece second time, i went to the manager and told him the situation and Manager anweer was - Champ was already fired so i dont have any connections with Champ. SO beware of this dealer ship - Please dont go. Thanks

just bought a 2010 honda civic from this dealership. worked with andrew russo he was pleasant to work with and i feel i got a fair deal on the purchase, although financing came in higher then expected based on my credit rating. also purchased powertrain and maintenance plan how i am treated when a problem comes up or servicing is due will determine how good this dealership is.good luck andrew.

I bought a new Honda here 8 years ago and the experience was fine. The salesman was very nice and it was not as high pressured as I`ve experienced at other places. This same salesman also went out of his way to drive from Deland to Lake Mary to pick me up and bring me back to Deland after I ran over an alternator that was in the middle of a lane on I-4 and I was stuck at a repair shop in Lake Mary because my renta... view morel car arrangements did not work out (insurance co. repair shop). Of course that nice salesman is no longer working there - and a few years ago I did try and see if I could qualify for a new car again and I will be honest and say it was not pleasant this time. It was like I not only had to deal with the salesman but his supervisor and another man too and I declined trading in my current Honda. I know different people will have different experiences and a lot of it depends on various factors. There was another time there that I just came to browse a new vehicle and as I was bending down to examine the interior of a new Honda I caught the salesman looking directly into my bra area since my shirt was hanging open a bit around the neckline because I was bending over and he was right across from me on the opposite side of the car taking advantage of the moment to peer into my shirt! But their shop has been very good and helpful at repairing and maintaining my vehicle and for the most part I only take my vehicle to them. They even came down on their labor price a bit a couple of times because they were willing to price match the labor cost from another shop. As far as buying vehicles there go the advice I would give anyone is to do as much research online and over the phone with them as possible before you go in there. And also ask how many salesman and supervisors you will have to meet with, and ask at what point are they going to ask you to sit there and wait. Also go after the dealership is closed to look at the cars in the lot so you can look without being bothered.

Coggin Honda Deland is the worst dealership ever. I would NEVER buy a car from them again nor would I recommend anyone to do the same. They can`t even file paperwork correctly as I was given someone else`s credit application. Even their management is rude and dishonest. All they want is your money.
