These guys are GREAT! On two occasions it turns out that my car didn`t need as much work as the service manager thought it would. These guys could have stiffed me for hundreds of dollars by doing unnecessary work (or no work at all), but they didn`t. On another occasion they started doing repairs and realized I needed more work done. He called me and told me that once they started the repairs they found a few... view more other things and recommended that I take care of those problems while they`re in there. Again, they could have said nothing but called to let me know what was going on. The service manager Pat Ojeda is awesome. I absolutely won`t let anyone work on my car except for Pat and his crew. I highly recommend this repair shop.

That guy Dan does have a short fuse. Why is he there? You can tell he is unhappy with his job and life. He does not know how to talk to customers. All he could talk about was his son is in highschool getting bad grades and getting into touble and he likes his work schedule but not the job. I was talking to one of his sales guy he even said himself he would not by a car from World Imports. He told me that 90% of the cars are recalls and have some type of problem. After hearing all that I left and reading somr of the reviews I am glad I did.

While it is true most of the inventory is dealer buy-back stock they are honest about it. There was no effort to "pass" the vehicles I showed interest in as anything but what they were. Also Car Fax was available and offered on each one. I also asked to have an updated version and there was no issue in providing whatever details I requested. I have dealt also with Dan (sales manager) at World Imoports on Beach Blvd Jacksonville, Fl. I have to say he is not a nice person. I don`t like to write anything bad about anyone but I cannot say anything nice about him. He also made a promise to my family and of course he did not honor his word. I agree this place World Imports USA only sells recall and LEMON cars and have been reports by others to the BBB. I had an aweful experience with the sales manager Dan Angel he has a bad temper and does not keep his word. The car I bought has a major electrical problem. I told him about the issue he told me to make an appointment with his service team to diagnose the issue and he would help fix it. Please be very careful. This cars are recalls/LEMONS. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this place. I had such an aweful experience with the sales manager Dan Angel. I bought a car from World Imports Usa I started to have electrical problems with the car.
