Without writing an entire book at this time, I can summarize my experience with Superior Tint in Boca Raton by saying I was truly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that was exhibited by the owner, Jason. This was felt during my first phone call to the business and was displayed during my two visits. ?ˆ? I chose his business primarily on the positive feedback I read on this site. He easily went above and beyond anything I could expect during my first visit so I decided make a return trip to have a clear shield installed on my new car. I spent nearly a total of 10 hours on two separate days in the waiting room of this business (my choice) and got to witness numerous customer interactions with Jason. Whether he was on the phone with a prospect or face-to-face with patron he was always genuine and sincere with everyone. He was willing to take the time to educate the customer about the various choices they had and let them make an informed decision. I saw one instance where a person had to have a single window tinted after having it broken out by a vandal. Jason offered to do the window for free saying that the person ?ˆ?had enough bad luck; it was time for a little good luck.?ˆ? (Now this person was also a referral so people should not expect to go there and get free work done.) The point is?ˆ¦who does that? Small businesses depend on every customer to be successful and have costs of materials and labor to consider but that is where Jason has set himself and his business apart from most others I have dealt with in any industry. I am sure you can do a Google search and find a ton of installers within a 50 mile radius. You will even pass a few on the way to his shop. Who knows, there may be several that do quality work and are reasonably priced as well. My suggestion is that you pass them all and go directly to Superior Tint. The words I heard Jason say over and over again to just about everyone he dealt with were, ?ˆ?We?ˆ™ll take care of you.?ˆ? After my personal experience and what I saw in his shop I have no doubt he would do whatever he possibly could to ensure his customer?ˆ™s satisfaction. And to me that is priceless! I just purchased a 2011 mustang GT and wanted the car taken car of by professionals I went here based on location and customer reviews and price which they have all, best price best product lifetime warranty, everythings laser cut on a machine so no razor blaring and chopping up your new cars rubber seals. I wanted to get some windows in my home tinted so I called superior Tint to get an estimate. The guy told me some one will have to come and take a look at the windows in my home to give me the estimate. It called like about 4:30pm in the afternoon so i was thinking i would have to wait a few days for some one to come out to my home but the guy told me he would have some one come by that same evening. They were very friendly, professional, and reliable. They also tinted my car windows that same day. My electric bill dropped about $25 dollars next month. I highly recommend this company.
