WORST BODY SHOP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY CAN GET! My car (VW Tiguan) had an small crack in the front bumper. They fixed very POORLY, now there are bumps under the paint and I have a 2 COLORS CAR. The new paint is of a different color than the original. Their answer: "PAY AND TAKE IT or DON`T PAY AND LEAVE IT. WE WILL CHARGE YOU $35 PER DAY UNTIL YOU COME WITH THE MONEY AND PICK IT UP". I already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Automotive Services Council. I`m still considering more options, just need to hear back from the attorney.

This Place is great The only reason I`m writing about it is becuase of the review I just read we have also own a landscaping company A1 is case your looking for service but I have done 6 of my vans with there lining and never had a issue they have been very helpfill and gracious each time I will always recommend Ron and Lou and will continue to use only there Maaco in Kisssimmee because they have earned my business. ... view moreThanks Guys

This place is completely terrible! The manager is a double talker (tells you one thing on the phone and another when you get there to get the work done) and does not want to resolve customer issues. The owner is also opposed to properly resolving customer issues. Here`s the story. We were shopping around for a spray on bed liner for a brand new Toyota Tundra. We looked into some of the heavy duty ones such as Rhin... view moreoliner. When we called this Maaco shop Luis explained that they don`t carry Rhinoliner but they carry Raptorliner which he said is identical but made by a different company. He said that this liner could be applied in the color of my choosing for only $299 plus tax. When we got there to drop off the truck he said that the $299 was for a black liner and there is an additional charge for other colors. I told him that he did not say that on the phone but that the $299 price was for a color of my choosing. He agreed to do the color of my choosing for the $299 price. Here`s where it get`s nice. When I went to pick up the truck I examined the bed liner and noticed it was extremely thin. I also noticed many unfinished spots and spots where they sanded the clear coat of my paint and left it with no covering. I complained to Louis (and yes I was upset but not hysterical) he responded by going inside and locking me out of the store. The next day I called to speak to him calmly and rationally to get this issue resolved. He responded by putting me on hold and transferring me to an employee who had no authority and had nothing to do with this bed liner. I attempted to contact the owner Ron many times and was unable to until I put a dispute in with my credit card company, after which he promptly called me and asked me to come by so he could see the issues I had. I came by and expressed my issue. I pointed out an area in the bed liner that was torn by having a finger nail run across it. He told me that Louis should have never told me that product was comparable to they heavy duty liners in the market. He also told me that liner was designed for show cars or for moving a couple of boxes but not for heavy duty use. Ron asked me if I would give him time to come up with a resolution to the problem so he didn`t have to lose the money for the product and labor his shop invested in installing the bed liner. I told him I would wait to see what he was willing to do. A few days later he calls me and offers to re-apply the same product. After thinking it over a day or so later I called him back and said I was not interested in having that product re-applied because it is not designed to handle my landscaping work. I explained to him that I understand that he has material and labor invested but that it is not my fault his employee lied to me. At this point he became upset and stated he would not give me my money back and would fight the credit card dispute. Needless to say, I will never go back there again, I will never recommend them, and I will intentionally tell this story to anyone who is looking to get bodywork done so they do not go there.

i took my honda van to mr. ron and my children were with me i had just been hit in the bumper and every body was agrivated and mr. ron took my kidz in the store put on a toy story and gave them drinks and chips while his manager went over my car with me and helped me get a rental and eveything they had my van for 7 days and when i got it back i couldnt even tell it was crashed i love mr. ron for been so kind to my ch... view moreildren and takeing care of our only vehicle thank you maaco love the riveras
