Giving this business even one star is painful. How awful this place is is beyond words. How they even remain in business is a complete mystery to me. They treated me like garbage the two times I was there (I only came back to get a part replaced that was warranteed by them for a year that broke within 8 months which they not only didn`t replace, but they blamed me for the part breaking). At one point the last time I was there while having a full on shouting match with the shady owner in the garage, nearly all the mechanics came and got not only verbally abusive but threatened violence. Yeah very brave of them. 6 on 1 and I`m the pu^%y huh? This place sucks. It is always empty when I go there and I can see why. The filth starts at the owner and works its way down to the mechanics too... If you are reading this do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Or go and find out for yourself. Either way. Dont say I didn`t warn you

They say here that they check the a/c for free, but if they have to find a leak, they will charge you to find a leak in the air conditioner because they have to put freon in your system if it`s all leaked out.

Some friends and I were in the Orlando area recently visiting family when we had problems with our car and had no idea where to take it or who we could trust. A lady that I used to work with highly recommended Muffler Man on Orange Blossom Trail so we took our car to them and told them that we needed to fix it so we could get back home. They Immediately took our car in, looked it over, told us what we needed and pr... view moreovided us with a written estimate. It took them less than 2 hours to fix it and we found them to be very honest, very nice folks to talk to. I can`t imagine that anyone has had a bad experience at this shop. If and when we are ever back in the Orlando area, I can tell you that Muffler Man is the place we`ll go to if we have any problems with our vehicle and we have already recommended them to our family that lives in the area. THANK YOU MUFFLER MAN! Thanks to those gentlemen, we made it home just fine and our car is still running great ~ have had no further problems with it at all. It was worth every penny that we paid to have the work done (and from the businesses we looked at while in Orlando, they have the best prices of anywhere else.) Thanks again!

I have been dealing with Muffler Man for 10 years and have NEVER had a bad experience there. They are an extremely hard-working group of guys who will practically bend over backwards to help you any way they can. They have the best Custom Exhaust Tech around; there is nothing that he cannot fix and he does fantastic custom exhaust jobs. Just ask to see some pictures of the work he has done. I would never think of taking my vehicle anywhere else but to this MUFFLER MAN. They most certainly are up front and very honest people and and FYI...there is a core charge for a lot of parts that are replaced & they tell you that before they work on or replace anything on your vehicle. It has nothing to do with being a male or a female ~ everyone is treated equally and fair! They always tell you BEFORE they do any work what you need done, what your options are and how much it is going to cost, as well as how long it will take. They also will give you a written estimate. They haven`t been in business for well over 20 years for no reason. Check them out ~ you will NOT regret it!

Do not...I repeat do NOT take your vehicle to this place. THEY ARE CROOKS! I took my truck into this place 5 days before Christmas and there were no other cars there. Guess I should have run away as fast as I could. They saw me coming a mile away! I was taken advantage of. Ladies and/or gentleman, they are the rudest, most untelligent people I have ever dealt with. When I asked questions about my truck and the repair... view mores, I was told by Daryl, "why don`t you come and fix it yourself". When I was charged over $500 for repairs from another auto mechanic would cost $100, I was told by JT, "look who had trouble coming up with the $$$! JT is the rudest, most unprofessional person. Daryl, his father, the owner is a crook. The other service guys were complete idiots. They were all yelling at me when I went to pick my truck up. I was lied to about getting a NEW $365 distributor, then found out on my receipt that it was a remanufactured one!!!!! When I asked for my part back I was told I owed an $80 core charge. What the h**? BEWARE! I got completely screwed. The only way (apparently) to be treated faily with honestly and integrity is to be a man! Although I think they are really good at being unethical! THEY WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW! Evil people will get what they deserve! And God will make sure justice is served! I am filing an official complaint, maybe small claims, and plan to make sure no one else is treated this way...especially ladies who shouldnt be disrespected
