Got an express auto detail from this place and my car was immaculate. I read some of the reviews and its a shame certain people had such bad experiences and mine was so wonderful. I would definitely come back for another detailing job and probably many more in the future.

One word...AWESOME!!!! From the friendly way they answer the phone to the nice staff that assisted me when I arrived to the work that knocked my socks off! Couldn`t have asked for anything more. When I first arrived the outside of the place looks like an abandoned warehouse. Then I went inside and it could not be further from the truth. I recently used a Groupon to have my car interior detailed here and I was very disappointed about the job done. The carpets were shampooed, but extremely wet. The chair had stains of rust( i guess they used the same vacuum as for carpets without cleaning). The glove compartment was not cleaned and neither the ashtray. I could have done a much better job. Purchased the Living Social deal. This company operates in bad faith by attempting to rack up various charges through date change fees, extra services and such, but most of all: I never even got my service! I had to change my date (which had to be booked seven weeks in advance) due to a last minute work commitment. I was informed I would have to pay a $35 "change fee", which I refused to do. Took my car to Empire Auto Det...

Took my car to Empire Auto Detailers and could not have been more pleased. It`s a small family owned business and from my first impression you can tell. The owner met me at the door and got me squared away. then the detailers took care of the rest. My car was smooth, shiny and smelled great. Never will go anywhere else again after trying these guys. You rock!
