Time and time again these guys get it right!!! Just left the dealership for the third time to fix a squeaking noise from the rear of my BMW. Took my car to Benz Elite, they not only fix the noise from the rear in five minutes, but gave me a plan to get three other problems fixed over the next couple of weeks and weren`t pushy about it. Best service Anywhere

The owners are very polite and courteous. They are more than willing to take the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicle what parts you will need and based on their experience with the particular problem very reliable recommendations. In my opinion the prices that you are quoted are upfront and the best you?ˆ™re going to find. I wouldn?ˆ™t recommend any other facility in NOVA period.

Great Service

I am from North Carolina and I was in Northern Virginia for an interview in July when my car (`94 Mercedes C220) developed a very strong vibration. I contacted Benz Elite and they were able to see my car the same day. When I brought my car in they immediately began diagnosing the problem.
