Great service. Always easy to schedule a service appt. When you arrive, the check in is quick and easy. After checking in, you wait in a clean waiting room that includes a tv, coffee, water, soda, tea and light snacks. There is also free wireless. My car had a difficult startin...

My car had a difficult starting in the morning, so i took it straight to the dealership. They did not have a loaner available on such short notice, but told me that they could test if the problem was the battery, in which case the work would only take about an hour. The work was done much faster than the estimated hour. The staff was so very friendly, as always. The service department did an excellent job resolving the problem with my TL. The service coordinator, Lee was extremely helpful and above and beyond to assist me. The car was available the next day for me to pick up and make an evening meeting I had scheduled.
