We offer complete collision repair services. This includes arranging for towing, assistance in handling your claim, coordinating of a replacement vehicle while your car is being repaired, and all aspects of the repair process which includes accident related mechanical issues. What follows is a brief description of the services we render.
All unibody and full frame vehicle repairs are done utilizing Car-O-liner frame equipment. We utilize four Bench racks and one Speed system. We also utilize computerized electronic measuring that gives us before, during and after dimensions. This ensures your vehicle is returned to factory specifications.
We utilize Squeeze Type Resistance spot welders to install all new welded on sheet metal components. This is the same process that is utilized by vehicle manufacturers. It enables us to duplicate the factory design as close as possible. It also aids us in making the most undetectable repair that is possible.
All refinish operations are done wi th all of the trim and moldings removed, and where ever it can be utilized, the vehicle is refinished while disassembled. This lends to a refinishing process that is as virtually as undetectable that can be achieved in the collision repair setting. After reassembly all fasteners are touched up, and all under hood and compartment colors are verified to be correct to the original finish.

This place is as good as it gets! I have lived in a dozen states all across the country and have experienced about every form of customer service and quality of work. I came to North Haven Autobody because another local shop had completely botched the body repairs and paint repairs I needed. I felt so helpless as I could literally see my vehicle losing value by the day. I cannot say enough good things about them. The... view morey went above and beyond, they are as honest as it comes and the quality of work is only matched by the amazing customer service. Within an hour of dropping my car I received a call from a very nice girl who was going to be my contact and will be informing of the status of the repairs. Most shops will just say we call you when it is done. I received a call every day from them not just updating me but also informing exactly what was being done at that moment to the car. The repair expertise seems to be effortlessly passed from the body shop team to the front desk team. The best part they fixed rust spots that I did not ask for, and a few other problems that came up. They did this for FREE!! and never even told me until I came to pick up the vehicle. This shop is the best I have seen and I am more than happy to recommend to family, friends, and even complete strangers. If you are in the area and need a quality shop you can trust THIS IS IT. Don`t waste your time. Had damage done to my car, need auto body repair (like what`s in their name). They can`t tell me who does the work, is it a person inhouse or do they farm it out, because "honestly" the person isn`t available to speak. Like a typical car dealer (rip-off), you have to "come on down" before you`ll get any information whatsoever. Contrast this to other shops where someone k... view morenowledgable gets on the phone, gives you information about who they are and how they do business, and a reason to "come on down". I gave the person on the phone several chances to win the business, they were annoyed I didn`t "come on down". Totally clueless.

After what started out as a bad customer service exp. I have to give credit to the owner Bob Mcsherry for stepping up and truly taking accountability for the problem. this rairly happens in todays business world. Weren`t very helpful
I recently had someone rear end my car and do some significant damage. Since I am in my twenties and have never had an accident before (and know VERY little about cars), I took a bit to get the car fixed. I wanted to take my time and collect information and advice from multiple places. I went to North Haven Auto Body for help with this. I came in letting them know that I thought the estimate from the insurance compa... view moreny was way off (which turned out it was) and asked North Haven Auto Body to give me their opinion on the estimate. Staff was reticent to look at the estimate or give me feedback. They did a quick worthless look at the car and said the estimate may be "a little off" (when the estimate was less than half the price of the damage done). For me, I wanted to know exactly the extent of the damage of the car so I knew whether I wanted to bother getting it fixed (it was close to being totaled). Basically, I went to North Haven Auto Body to get some information about the extent of the damage and cost to repair. They provided me with little information and were rather vague. It appeared that they didn`t want to have anything to do with me unless I knew for sure I wanted the car fixed. Overall, they were not very helpful or informative and did not have the best customer service. Fortunately, the place I went to after this one, was awesome (even though they knew I was unsure of whether I was going to get it fixed). This other body shop was able to point out so many things that North Haven Auto Body did not see at first glance and called my insurance company on the spot to get the estimate changed. Let`s just say I went with the other body shop to fix the car and I am incredibly pleased with the result. I think North Haven Auto Body needs to learn about customer service. Customers have the right to explore options and decide whether they want to go with your company without you being unhelpful and dismissive.

Wonderful Job!
I have to say that if I ever need to get anything done to my car I will most certainly return to North Haven Auto Body. The place is organized and clean (you don`t see that alot in other places). The employees look professional and were very courteous. They answered all of my questions. They did a wonderful job on my car. Keep up the good work!

The worst!!
They took my car and told me ,we will update you on the progress,and as soon as it is done we will inform you.They never bothered to call once.When I took the ride to get there,they were closed.I didnt have a ride home,didnt know how to get to work the next day.I work in manchester.In the morning the owner Bob Mcsherry was extremely rude.Rather then apologizing,he kept on saying I dont have an answer for you.Our tech... view morenician called out so we were very busy.The manager hung up the phone on me when I was trying to figure out how can I retrieve the car .They showed their true ugly colours.They dont know how to speak to a customer,and they dont even know how to owe up to their mistake.I have reported them to my insurance company.I dont even want to step in that ugly place ever !!!
