This business deserves negative stars - Just awful OMG - not sure I have ever been treated so poorly as a consumer. We got a brand new Lincoln MKX from Syosset Ford/Lincoln and within 6 months the car started to get an alert that the left rear door was ajar, this causes the alarm to go off randomly and the doors to lock and unlock themselves (sometimes while I`m driving). We brought the car to the dealership 3 tim... view morees to get it fixed and it is still broken. They have no idea how to fix the problem and when we got angry they started to treat us like we were doing something wrong. I finally was about to make an appt for the 4th time (which by law is how many times they have to try fixing the problem before deeming it replaceable under the lemon law act), when the manager told me that we were no longer welcome in their dealership and we should take our car elsewhere !!!! How is that for customer satisfaction ?????

I haven`t seen such poor custo...

I haven`t seen such poor customer handling in a very long time. I walked into the showroom and though it wasn`t busy, no one asked if they could assist me. I looked at car after car, a half dozen salespeople were standing around, and yet not one asked if I needed help. I have been in sales all my life and I can honestly say they lost a sale today. How many others have walked away in disgust as I did today? At th... view moreis rate, this newly reopened showroom will cease to exist once again. They really need to take a lesson from Lexus and Hyundai, these firms know how to treat a customer.
