Looks are deceiving

I`ve brought my car there several times to be worked on and your first impression is good. Manny seems like a great guy and makes you feel he`s on top of things. The truth is he`s hardly in the shop, when you call he`s either busy or the other mechanics tell you to call back in half hour because he stepped out. When you call back in half hour they tell you he stepped out again. This has happened numerous of times... view more. When you finally get him on the phone you feel rushed to get off the phone; not being able to ask questions freely concerning your vehicle. He doesn`t like to write up receipts, which makes you think he`s over charging you. I`ve had to bring my car to him 3 times for the same problem and ask that he (personally) fix the problem, because the other mechanics don`t seem to know half of what they`re doing. I have my car back and the problem is still leaking. I`ve noticed that when you`ve gone to him for the same problem over & over again Manny starts to have an attitude with you; which should not be the case if his shop was the one that was responsible in fixing it. Each time I came to him questioning about the leak he found something knew that was causing the leak to charge me. I would not recommend this shop. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. People think he`s a good guy, because he offers you to pay later, but don`t let that fool you.
