I just want to say, I have nev...
I just want to say, I have never had a worse customer service nightmare in my life. My wife bought a 2007 Toyota 4runner from this dealership. After 3 weeks of ownership, the engine light came on. She took it in, and after having it for 4 hours, they told her it was just the gas cap, but they went ahead and took care of the accelerator recall that was on this car. (Why was this not done before the car was sold?) A $1... view more10 diagnostic fee they could tell her what was wrong. She took it to autozone and got the diagnostic for free, and it was a throttle position sensor. Liberty told her that that part would be $915. They also told her it was not related to the recall, and the warranty on the car was not in effect, and if it was would not cover it. All before she made her first payment. My wife tried to trade the car for something else, and after jerking her around for another month (not returning her calls, telling the bank she wanted a car she didnt, ect.) I called angry, and after waiting for a call right back for 3 hours, was told there was nothing they could do. We took the car to a real Toyota Dealership (Go Toyota) and they said the fix would be covered by the recall. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! THEY REFUSE TO STAND BEHIND THE CARS THEY SELL!!!!

If you go dont beleive the salesman that the vehicle is suppost to sound like that because its eletric start. Also make sure you dont leave town incase the vehicle brakes down after a week from when you purchased the vehicle and have to have your insurance company tow the vehicle to the dealership because the bumper to bumper warranty you purchased dont take effect for 30 days. Its ok if they hold on to it longer tha... view moren you`ve owned it and your without a vehicle for over a week. No rental, loaner, nothing just stuck. One more thing even if they say the tires are fine, dont belive them. Even if the spare tire is bald as the one ones on the vehicle even if there not legal. But heck it was a SWELL customer service experience. One more thing dont expect to hear from anybody for a couple of days.

Best Dealership
Great sales personnel, they are friendly, knowledgeable and are more interested in finding the perfect vehicle for you then making a sale. They worked with me on prices, vehicles and options until we found the perfect match. If I ever purchase another vehicle I will go back to them, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Great place to buy a vehicle!

I went with my daughter to loo...
I went with my daughter to look at a car at Liberty Toyota. Couldn`t get help at first, now I know why, they try to SCREW their customers. They made up all this stuff why her car was worth only $7,000.00. We took our happy butts out of that crap hole and went to Pueblo and was offered $10,500.00 for the EXACT same car but with more miles. Liberty Toyota didn`t even offer us LUBE to go with the screwing they wante... view mored to give us. To top it all off, they kept her registration because I think they thought we would be back. I told my daughter about the stunt they pulled when I went there with my boyfriend. That stunt was they kept his keys and would not give them back because they really wanted to sell a car but gave him a redicusly LOW offer on his Ford Mustang and he wasn`t going to stick around and be insulted anymore. Needless to say we made a trip to Liberty Toyota today to get our registration back. When I told them how much we got ($3,500.00) more they wanted to still B.S. us. Now you know why people HATE car salesmen. Dirty practices. Especially when they are tryin to screw a disabled Vet.

Used Cars
You might as well buy your car from an auction. They will not back up anything! Leaking radiator, dirty brake fluid, worn out serpentine belt and I`ve only had it for a week. They refused to help out in any way. Now I call that a good customer relationship.

Never Again!
Went here to purchase a new Toyota and trade in our 2 year old SUV. They gave us an appraisal of nearly $6000 UNDER what NADA appraises the vehicle at. Will not make a vehicle purchase from this business...still looking for a vehicle, but going anywhere but here!

Compared to any other this is not the place to be
To sum up this experience. Went in for a fuel leak on a rav4 and was waved off as "you parked on an incline in high temperature." Clearly if this were true this would be a major problem for car manufacturers and is definetely an excuse for the mechanics(who had to call the toyota techs for help...awesome). Nothing was done to the car for this problem, but immediately after getting the car back (which was 4-... view more5 days after it was brought in) it began shutting off when at a stop. Back to the dealership for this and the problem was written off with "you drove in heavy rain and the intake took in too much water" and this was just an average rain. Which again is a silly excuse cause this would be occurring very often if true. Now finally the car is back after this non-sense (2 weeks later) which includes their silly financial department having wrote up our lease incorrectly and dealing with that, and the informing us of the 100 deductible regardless of what you come in for which slipped through the cracks when originally signing the lease. This terrible experience is capped off with the customer rep flat out admitting their financial dept is a joke(not just in our case) since it took practically a week just to clear the part that finally fixed the car. Its funny how fast you become a respected customer once they realize they`re in the wrong. 30 days of ownership then 19 days at the dealership....great job liberty toyota!

Pick another Toyota dealer to buy your car
It is always funny how when you are looking to buy something these sales teams are just so wonderful and eager to get your buisness. However, in the case of Liberty Toyota, the sales person lied about the towing capabilites of a Rav4 just to get the deal. We put down a large deposit and found out the next day after looking at the spec of the SUV it can`t tow the smallest of campers despite the sales guys say it will ... view moretow just about any camper. We canceled the very next day and now they are refusing to return the deposit (multiple thousands) and went from kind and freindly to stiff and apathetic. It really is a horrible situation and one that we cannot beleive we are in. Personally I can understand maybe a couple hundred dollars of wasted administrative, but they are keeping the several thousand dollar deposit which is in my mind close to theft as one can get. They just don`t care and cannot justify why they are keeping the deposit. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN, WILL NEVER BUY A TOYOTA and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. At 40+ years old this is one of the worst buisness engagements I have ever witnessed in my life- they are just plain, lying aggressive sales people. If you want a Toyota I would encourage your to purchase elsewhere.
