this place is a scam always trying to charge u for something you don`t need I went in for my front brakes and ended up paying $300 for something they broke originally they were trying to charge me $460 but after much yelling and profanities the manager claimed he found cheaper parts bs they charged me full price for everything even though they broke my parts funny. It may seem like great service...but just wait!

Ok, the customer service here was great. Too great! I took my car into Break Plus in April of last year. I had a list of things serviced including a transmission flush. I told them that they would have to use a special order ATF, but they would not listen, they said ""oh, no it well be fine."" Now, you are supposed to do a Trannie flush every 30,000 mile or so depending on your milage. I just took my car into the GO ... view more(where I bought my car) service center and they tell me that I need another Trannie flush, not even 3000 miles after I just did one and that my Transmission will fail if I don`t. Then they should have done a coolant flush (it was on the receipt) but now I need another one. Then according to the 60,000 mile service list, they should have checked all of my belts, that are now fraying...I am no Mechanic but I don`t think that the belts would go that bad in 9 months. My point is that they are charming and nice and it may all see ok at first, but just double check and don`t trust everything they say. Thank you for reading this.
