They Suck

I bought two cars from them both having transmission problems within a month. The first car was a pacifica that was sent to the shop multiple times the probelm never corrected. We were lied to about the car being fixed!!! We gave up and got the other car which is a durango 2006. The AC went out more than once. They put coolant in it and nothing else..shortly after the transmission started screwing up. We told them ab... view moreout it and did nothing. Because they sold us JUNK we were upside down...they will TRICK YOU!!!! We went through Carlos. Before you even think about buying a car I would think twice before picking this dealership. Also we recommended friends and family too them. Their cars are having the same troubles too. One car transmission blew like a month after they bought it.I don`t want you to get stuck buying junk and it hurting you after.

Southwest motors is great. We dealt with Adraina Arteaga and Jerry Pineda, and they not only listened to us, but worked very hard to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. I woud recomment them to anyone interested in buying a quality used car.
