Great Customer Service and Quality Work

Anthony?ˆ™s Auto just finished detailing and repairing a company vehicle for me and I just dropped off a second one for the same service. The vehicle looks brand new and runs great.. Their staff is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I have taken my family and company vehicles to him for automotive repair as well as body and paint work. Whatever repairs have been needed for my car during the last six years have been done at this shop. I have been very happy with the convenience of the location, the availability of service appointments, the pricing, and - above all - the work that has been done. Anthony`s Auto Repair Pueblo West Colorado 81007

I am very very disappointed in Anthony`s Auto Repair. Anthony being a long time friend of the family has really let me down. Anthony used to come to our house to work on our vehicles many years ago before he opened up his own business. My car stalled on me and immediately I was told to take it to Anthony, big mistake this cost $1,000.00. I have never had any problems with my nissan and since Anthony worked on it... view more my heater either does not work or when I come to a stop sign/light I have no heat. Anthony flushed all the fluids including the anti freeze, I have contacted Anthony and he continues to say ""I am a Mechanic not God!"" I find this very offensive. He has picked up my car twice to correct the problem and finally he said I needed a new radiator..more money. I told him to just return my car, Anthony then text me to tell me that he was going to replace the radiator and cap for FREE. WOW if you didn`t break it then why would you offer to replace it for free. I returned a text and said ""I want nothing for free bring my car back to me"" I feel this was another way to get more money. Needless to say a family member called Anthony and was kind enough to offer to split the cost of the radiator with Anthony, in which I would have never. I feel that Anthony is not an honest person. I wish I would have taken my car to Larsens, whom have kept up my car for me in the past and does and excellent job. Big mistake taking it to Anthonys

ABSOLUTELY GREAT

So, when our Eurovan broke down in Pueblo during a family road trip to Mount Rushmore, everyone recommended Anthony`s Auto Repair. What a helpful group of mechanics! They were thorough, informed, and incredibly helpful. They even suggested where to go and what to do in Pueblo during our unplanned 2 day stay. They are honest, fair, and reasonably priced. They turned our crisis into an hospitable and relaxing time.
