I dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change, and they said that they would call me. They never called, so I started calling repeatedly at 4:15 p.m. to check on the status of my car. They never answered the phone and I was unable to get there by closing at 5 pm. When I got there, with my spare key, they had locked my car inside the garage. They locked my car up without even calling me! On a previous vis... view moreit, they had taken an unusually long time for the repair, but I gave them another try. Never again! You can`t keep a car overnight to do an oil change and not even communicate with the owner about it! There`ll be hell to pay tomorrow morning!
