Don`t Stand Behind Their Work!

Had my oil and filter changed at Grease Monkey. 10 days later the car started spewing oil everywhere. I had it towed to a reputable mechanic who said whoever serviced the car last had put the oil filter on without the O ring. I contacted Grease Monkey HQ and they ignored me. Then I called and the General Manager called me back and wanted to quote me Grease Monkey policy. In other words; you`re screwed! And I was too.... view more I never thought that a 12 year old car spewing oil had anything to do with the routine service. I was just so upset, but they used their policy to tell me I get nothing. I had both their receipt and the receipt for12 days later when they had to redo the oil and filter. What more evidence do you want? They really are just scammers! Run, don`t walk to any other company for oil service. Unless you want a $300 oil change.

Rip-off Pros

They installed my oil filter without the O ring. Several days later oil started spewing everywhere and I had to have the car towed and the oil and filter job redone. $200 repair. When I called to report the problem they just wanted to read the back of the receipt to me. It was all about policy. I told them I had the receipt where they changed the oil and the receipt where it had to be redone and that the mechanic who... view more fixed it told me they left off the O ring. The general manager was agressively rude and said too bad, you get nothing then hung up the phone. I report it to their corporate headquarters and they totally ignored me. BE CAREFUL; THEY DON`T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!

great customer service

They are honest. All of the employees were extremely friendly, they even put a flower on dashboard for my wife. Also enjoyed a fresh baked cookie in the waiting area.
