I took my car in to have a simple part

I took my car in to have a simple part installed that I had purchased. When I came to pick it up there was mud all over the carpet and on the seat and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I complained but the guy just shrugged his shoulders and didn`t even offer to wipe the mud off my seats. I had an appointment scheduled for the installation which took about two hours. I dropped it off at 8:00 am and then called around 2... view more:00 to see if it was ready and was told it probably would not be ready that day. I had to get a ride home and then back to work the next day. When I went in to pick it up at 4:00 pm on the second day the guy asked ""why didn`t you pick you car up yesterday, it was ready?"" I told him that no one called me to tell me it was ready. He just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders again and said it wasn`t his fault. The installation was done correctly but this is not a well run business. They appear to have no idea what good customer service means. I do not recommend this company.
