The BEST customer service I have ever received in my whole entire lifetime. Definitely went beyond the call of duty in changing out my tires. He really cares about the safety of my children and I. Made sure that we were able to make it home safely. I AM going back to Empire tires EVERY time I need to get my tires changed. "Uncle Frankie" is absolutely the best man I have ever met.
