Most irresponsible mechanic ever!!

I took my car there; he barely spent any time on the car. When I got there, he was trying to come up with `things` to write, so he can charge me. Took the car home. Still had problem. called him. He took no responsibility over NOT checking the Hydrolic fluid hose. Instead he charged me for balancing the brand new tires!!!! He was very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. Honest, Fast accurate

This is the kind of company that is there for the customers. The money comes to them and they don`t have to put outrageous prices on the repairs. The don`t have to do any advertizing they are so good that heir customers automatically refer them. I heard about them from my neighbor. Henry is honest and through. The best auto repair shop I have ever experienced

H&J, run by a Chinese couple, is absolotely the best auto repair shop I have ever expeienced. Unlike many other shops that recommend many unnecessary repairs, H&J is very honest and never overcharge customer for any made-up fix. They will tell you what is necessary and what can be done later. You will be amazed to see how busy they are everyday and they never have any commercial ads anywhere, because all their custom... view moreers there are all their old customers.

I once had my car towed there for a major service. The repair took more than one day to finish and I was nervous since the car was the only one I have. I need to commute to work the next day, and guess what, the Chinese couple lent me their lexus without any charge. With many thanks, I refilled the tank full and return it to H&J the next day when I pick up my car back.

Sadly I moved to San Diego later. But everytime I need a major service, I still go back to orange county and ask H&J to do service for me. They are the only one I trust.
