I`d always been hesitant to buy a car from a used car dealership; however, they made it such a good experience for me. I bought a 2006 BMW 325i from these people about 3 years ago when they were on La Cienega and a couple of months ago I bought my son a 2008 Toyota Camry from their new location. What city is this dealer in that you all have dealt with? I have googled the name but comes up with a few locations. I found a car at a velocity in studio city on ventura blvd. Is this the same one you all have dealt with? It says salesman names ben and one other I cant remember. Please let me know

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I wish I had reviewed this place before I bought my car in November. The check engine light kept coming on, and I took it to `their` mechanic on THREE separate occasions who said there was nothing wrong with my car. I finally took it into the car dealership because I supposedly had a warranty there until June 2012. The dealership told me it was not under warranty because parts had been replaced ... view moreand it appeared it was in a car accident even though the Car Fax said differently. I eventually made their mechanic fix it for free, but had to pay the car dealership just to diagnose my car since it was not their fault the check engine light came on. It took a few days to get my car fixed. I am now in a daily fight with them to get my license plates. When I bought my car, they said they would take care of everything and now they won`t return my calls, pick up when I call from my cell phone (though they do pick up when I call from a different number) and keep saying tomorrow they promise they`ll call me with the license plates from the DMV. I am about to take legal action against them. They`ve wasted so much of my time, that I`m willing to waste a little bit more just to get some justice. Please please stay away from them! This was the first new-ish car I`ve ever bought and I totally regret the daily fights, not having a car to drive, missing hours of work just to save a few hundred bucks...Buying a car should be a great fun experience and I have not gotten any of that...These are the same guys that moved from La Cienega to Studio City...

OMG! I was almost going to call them and take a look at the car. I do not want to deal with people like that; even if they have the perfect car i am looking for. thank you so much for your review. I regret that you had a terrible experience with them.

Absolute Scammers - I purchased a car from them and they listed the car as "like new" "perfect condition" and told me there were no accidents. The carfax was clean also - however, a couple months later there was a rattling under the hood. I found out after that the entire front end had been replaced - the hood, fenders, bumper and engine parts - there was $14,000 i... view moren damage - none of the parts were OEM - they were all aftermarket parts. Hardly, like new. I called them and they basically told me to screw off, so I have had to hire an attorney. Also - Google "Millennium Auto Sales" in Los Angeles - SAME OWNERS - same address, same phone number - and they have TERRIBLE reviews - that must be why they changed their name to Velocity. In fact there is a Google review on Millennium with the exact same situation as mine. Stay away from these guys.
