I just had the most disappointing experience with Galpin Ford, accusing me for lying to their service person and charging me for diagnostics which I already knew the results of. I brought in my car and told them I had a problem with caliper 4 misfire and low compression on nr. 2. I asked how much it`s going to cost me to find out what is causing this and what it`s going to take to fix it. After 2 days, they call me a... view morend tell me that I have a problem with caliper 4 misfire and low compression on nr. 2 and that I never told them about this so they need to charge an additional $800 to do further diagnostics. When I brought the car on Saturday, I very specifically said: "I will not pay you to tell me what I already know. Please tell me what the cause is and how to fix it". Service person Sam agreed. Firstly, they agreed that I told them this when I brought the car in. Later, they told me I never said this. Now, they are lying that I said this, but few days later, after the "inspection" has been done. Now, their reasoning is "You should have read the small letters". Basically laughing in my face I got tricked. Never will do business with them again. Horrible service. Very disappointing for Ford and who Ford is doing business with..

Excellent Ford Serivice

I just moved to LA from NH. I was used to my local Ford dealer back home. I had a car emergency and I needed help. I went to Galpin and was concerned that the dealership was so huge! I have to say I have never had better service experience. They told me they service around 200 cars on a weekday. I can see why they are so popular. I got an appointment for 7:00AM the morning after I called, and I was in and out with a ... view morerental car in about 20 minutes. They diagnosed my problem, and called me around noon. The work was done in the time they estimated, under the price they estimated. For a dealer size, I was amazed at how personal my experience was. This is a great place, I will definately go back when I need service.

This dealership is like a one stop shop. I live in NY now and I still go back there to buy my cars because I like how they treat me...I know I am not being handled like a sucker and I don`t have to sit and haggle on the price. They treat me fairly and that`s why I go back...

Amazing Service and Dealership: Galpin Ford

I had such a positive experience at this dealership. I called in with the intention of maybe checking out a car and seeing about prices. Excellent Service at Galpin

I bought my Ford Escape Hybrid from Galpin. I go in regularly for my scheduled maintenance checks. A few times I went to the dealerships closer to my house, but each time I regretted that decision. I even love being able to eat at their cafe the Horseless Carriage (on site) when my car is being taken care of!
Their service is truly impeccable.
