This place is a RIP OFF!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. It was once a reasonable place to go but ever since new management took over it seems their focus is ripping their customers off. I took my vehicle in for a repair and the estimate they gave me was out the roof. after taking else were their parts were over 60% higher than what the other guys charged me. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE. It sucks that this word is full of people that are greedy and that think that they can just take your hard earned money so easy. Went to Mountain View Tire a week ago to have some new tires installed on my car. A few hours after I had left my car, they called with some information. My car was in need of struts. The new struts would be around $1000 for all four. I told them not to do it, that I would check it out and if I decided to have them replaced I would be in contact with them. I was not so trusting since I had just taken my car to the de... view morealer a week prior for it`s recommend maintenance and they did not mention anything about the struts. So I took my car to a trusted mechanic that I have used for many years. He checked the struts and said that they do not need to be replaced and are in good shape. I have been coming to Mountain View for many years and never had a problem. I must have been lucky. I will never purchase tires here again.
