Worst experience ever. Completely appalled at how rude and disrespectful they are. They did a bad job, went back on their word, then resorted to try and intimidate with violence! They should be closed down.

This place is the bomb!!!!!! I neede a tune up and a fender replace. The quote on tune was like 200 and they called and said it took different plugs than they thought and it would only be 160. The dealer quoted me 475 for the same job. My fender was460 and it came out perfect. I also had 2 other quotes on the fender and 1 was really high and the other was a few dollars more. I ran into a customer there and we started talking and found out that that customer had been going there for over 25 years... Wow and they said they would never go anywhere else. I found my last shop unless I move!!!!

i wanted to get some service done and they quote me xxxx price. i was astounded. they said its a lot cheaper than what dealerships charge. they told me it really only takes half an hour to do the work but will bill for 1 hours because dealers bill 1.5 for the same work. are you kidding me? LOL at least they are honest about that part.

Zero stars. Furious, actually... there`s no other word to describe it. I brought my car here after a minor accident for about $500 of body work. Because I don`t have rental coverage, I was strategizing about how to drop off my car to have the work done without being stranded at home for three days. It occured to me that I had a trip out-of-town on labor day weekend and that I would be not needing my car for five days... view more. Excellent. So I ran the car in for an estimate, was in and out fairly quickly, and on my way. Checked in with my insurance company, they were willing to compensate that shop... good good... and I was all set.

I call up One Stop and begin to explain my situation... the person on the phone was clearly distracted and only half paying attention to me. I repeated myself several times and just got ""okay, okay, that`s fine"" without any sense that he was really hearing what I was saying. I very clearly explained that I was going out of town, that I wanted to drop the car off on Friday morning, the 3rd... that I`d be back on Tuesday morning, the 7th for it. ""That`s fine, just bring it in"". Um... can I schedule that? ""No, it`s cool, just bring it by, that`s fine"". Oh really? I don`t need an appointment? ""No, no that`s not a problem sir, just drop it off on Friday.""
Um... okay then... if that`s all I need to do...

Friday morning comes. I`m there at 7:30am sharp. ""Hi, I`m here to drop off my car"" - give them my name - they look it up in the computer - ""Okay, here it is... no problem"" Okay, great, my insurance adjuster will be here before noon today, it should be all set up, and I`ll be back on Tuesday morning, then, to pick it up.

""Oh, we don`t work on weekends and we`re closed Monday for Labor Day. We won`t even get to it until Tuesday. You can pick it up on Friday (a week from now).""

I attempt to explain that I had an in-depth conversation about my travel plans, the reason I waited a MONTH to get the car fixed, and that they agreed to those dates/`times when I made the arrangement. I got nothing but a blank stare. ""Uh... yeah, we`re never open on weekends. Just the repair shop not the auto shop. And everyone`s closed Labor Day""

I attempt to explain how inconvenienced I was by this. More blank stares. Obviously this guy could care less. He was dismissive, ambivalent, and finally I just gave up and left... anyway... I now had to run my car home, have my friend follow me BACK to my apartment, then take me to the airport. We almost missed the flight because of the extra time that we needed to re-park my damaged car back at home. Unbelievable.

I return from my trip and call them up today. I begin to explain the situation to the manager who answers the phone. He turns out to be the same guy from Friday. Cuts me off several times, keeps repeating ""We`re closed on weekends, we always tell everyone that (no) and we always tell people to drop their cars off on Mondays (no)"" Again dismissive. Again ambivalent. I tell him that because I have no rental car, I needed to have the work done while I was out of town. It`s my only car, I commute 30 miles per day and public transportation isn`t an option... ask him what they can do to make this situation right. Silence. A chuckle. ""We can`t do anything, we didn`t do anything wrong"".

Actually, they didn`t do anything right. They were unprofessional when I got the esimate, inattentive and unengaged on the phone, didn`t hear anything I told them when setting up the appointment, rude when the mistake was discovered, and unaccepting of any blame in the situation. As I was ending the call I hear a voice in the background say ""What? He wants us to make it up to him? Pshhh..."" My blood boils at this point. I said ""Well, please know that I will be taking this up with my insur...""

*CLICK*

They hung up on me.

As another reviewer said, you do have to be careful. You can go in for one problem and suddenly the mechanics will find other problems that will unexpectedly add up to a couple of hundred dollars. Strangely, One Stop was not always like this. I`d always felt taken care of until Ralph left. I?ˆ™ve been bringing my cars to Brad and the One Stop crew for close to thirty years. I knew from the very beginning that I had found my mechanic. I had been nervous about taking my new cars to someone other than a dealer, but I always felt the dealers were taking advantage of their captive audience. Brad assured me that their work was just as good for a lot less money. And he was right! I took Mercedes there after a trip to the dealer. The dealer gave me a list of close to 4 grand that the car needed. I handed the list to Even at the desk and asked what they would charge to look at the car and tell me how much it would cost to do the things on the list. They did it the same day and it was 370 bucks! I love these guys and they have all my business. While I was standing there I talked to another customer and she said she has been with them for over 20 years and they are the best and her and all her friends get there car fixed there. They not only do brakes but also have a body shop! Wow I hope I don`t need it. They rock!!!! Saved me over 3k

Great Neighborhood repair shop that will generally take care of you same day. The team is knowledgeable and trustworthy, if they feel something does not need to be repaired they will tell you. Very fair pricing and would trust them over a dealership or national repair chain.

saved my engine, . 3 shops told me that it was toast, and that it would cost arount 3500. One Stop Auto took a quick look and a quick test drive, they were able to find out it just needed a total tuneup. sure enough six months later it`s still runing fine. thanks guys
